So much good pizza in NJ. How did I wind up here?An unfortunate accident of sorts.The dough is too thick, the cheese felt off, lacked flavor.The music is the worst of contemporary pop.The guy at the counter seemed depressed. Like the place itself. And the effect of the food.Maybe they stay alive due to foot traffic on that spot. It sure isn't the food that keeps the cash register ringing.

Worst pizza I have ever tasted. My 3 yo old didn't even eat it, said the coke was good but not the pizza. They must have had a new chef bc it wasn't so bad a year ago. I'll take a frozen pizza over this one any day.

The pizza is good, but the pizza at Pizza Den down the road is better.The chicken Parmesan sandwich was soggy and not the best. Princeton Soup and Sandwich and DeAngelo’s Italian Market have much better sandwiches.The service however, was excellent. They brought my sandwich on a nice plate.

I had some time to kill before a movie at Princeton Garden Theatre so was walking along Nassau with all of its options. Decided just grabbing some pizza would be best. And there was Proof. Very bright and welcoming. They had a good variety of options. Lots of tables to sit. Was empty, guessing most of their biz is takeout. I got two slices. Buffalo chicken and white. The woman waiting on me was very friendly and even offered me a free cup of water which was cool of her. Slices were about $4 each. The pizza was good. Nothing mind-blowing just decent average pizza.
Adriana makes getting take out a great experience. She always serves us with a smile.

Ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. The roll was falling into pieces as soon as I tried to pick it up. No blue cheese at all tons of pickles. I feel like I am eating a pickle sandwich with dried up chicken and bread crumbs. Chewing and forcing myself to swallow. The fries are good. Will never get a sandwich from here again.
