Let's start with the positives - service was good and attentive. Atmosphere was ok and plenty of seating available, though a bit dark inside. But the food - worst ramen I've ever had. And the most expensive. It was lacking in flavor and the egg in the ramen looked and tasted old. I can't speak for the other dishes.

I have eaten here many times, trying many things, and have had a great experience every time. I love their dumplings and their ramen--very authentic. And their octopus dumplings particularly (I forgot what they are called in Japanese). Their secure wifi is excellent and the service is great. You have to try their fare. Highly recommended.

Love Purinsu! Their popcorn chicken is probably the best I’ve ever had. Plus Tony is super friendly. Highly recommend!

I really couldn’t believe how good this place was. They made their ramen soup by stewing it the authentic way, without any fake flavors or seasonings. Everything they made was freshly made with the freshest ingredients; the waiter explained this to us themselves. The price may be a couple of dollars more than other restaurants, but the freshness is definitely worth the price. This place is a definite must come for all.

Not good ramen to begin with, then i found a piece of steel in my mouth. Of course they gave me the bill anyway. I tipped generously and left.
Great place to eat! My son was looking for a healthy high protien food option and I was tired and looking from a long day of travel and was looking for something light. The owner was super helpful and we both found great options. I have to mention the shrimp Japanese rice was very good! It was light and not heavy in oil. Food came out fast. Would highly recommend.

The food was just okay—honestly quite mediocre. They have both Japanese and Cantonese menus, but neither felt authentic.
Take the Tonkotsu Ramen e.g. - the broth didn’t taste like pork bone broth at all; the pork was tough instead of melt-in-your-mouth tender; and the egg was overcooked with a dry yolk—plus no soy-marinated flavor; The bean sprouts seemed simply tossed in at the end, more like what you’d find in a bowl of pho, rather than being simmered in the broth.
I also tried the 干炒牛河 (stir-fried beef rice noodles), but the soy sauce they used wasn’t cooked down properly, so the whole dish had a slightly bitter taste.
Most dishes were $20-ish, which felt overpriced for what we got.
Service-wise, the waitress only showed up to take the order, serve the food, and bring the check. That level of interaction is fine for a ramen shop, but given that level of service, I wasn’t too thrilled about being prompted for a minimum 18% tip.
