Went here with five of my friends yesterday and had one of the most warming and pleasant restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The staff were so kind to us, recommending dishes and kept our spirits up with their friendly interactions. Additionally, the food was really pleasant as I ordered the shoyu ramen and chicken karaage. The shoyu’s savory, smooth broth and the tasty pork, eggs, and fish ball was perfect after a cold day. Interior design creates such an authentic and profound Japanese atmosphere. The miso broth pairs the with the eggs and noodles have good elasticity.

The real issue is the quantity of food. The portion sizes for the pork cutlet were quite bad. The pork cutlet was excellent quality, and tasted delicious, but much too little food for a $23 price tag. It only came with a little bit of seaweed and rice. It was enough pork, but there should have been some side dishes or soup served as well. Service was okay. Came in lunch time, it was empty. Employee was kind of nice.
