It was a decent experience. The exterior looks appealing and quiet Japanese. I don’t know if the owner of this place is Japanese or Cantonese though. I had ramen, which was really good. The service was fast and helpful. However, I had to mention that the food is a little overpriced, and the bathroom there needs some cleaning.
A critical element for ramen is the hot and tasty broth, unfortunately two types of ramen that I tried (spicy shrimp udon and tonkatsu ramen) were both very disappointing. The noodles were chewy to deserve the two stars given. Ordered katsudon however got a katsudon platter without traditional sidings, and the pork chop was small and thin. The price is very high considering the modest portion. I hope they can improve their quality.
The place is cold. The food tastes like from half-cooked package. They charge 3% process fee for credit cards and don't make me even start on their service. Oh and the food is super high priced compared to its quality.
