Such a cozy place. It also has vegan option, which I opted for and tasted amazing. Would love to come back! Do try the Hijika Tofu.
Really liked the Ramen (black garlic), karage chicken was OK... Wish they had some proper Japanese dessert
Really great food, kinda disappointed that the seaweed salad is $6 now. At almost the price of an entree I probably won't be ordering it anymore.
I’m a Japanese person and disappointed a bit.I got diced chicken breasts on it, it was not Cha-shu(pork).I ordered Miso Ramen which must have Cha-shu (pork), but there was some diced chicken breasts on it. I was a little bit sad because I wanted to eat Cha-shu. Personally I’ve been eating chickens a lot last 2 weeks, so I definitely wanted to eat Cha-shu at this restaurant on this day...I didn’t complain because I was exhausted and freezing, so i think there’s some responsibility on myself too. But anyway the mistake was not really acceptable (I’m 90% sure not a mistake tho.)I made it 2 stars because chicken was not terrible. if it was low quality as not enjoyable, I definitely called the franchise owner. Here’s a general review-There was chicken on it, not Cha-shu.-A waiter was nice, quick and clean, I didn’t see him being mean(maybe…)-Generally, taste was okay.-The ramen was like Yea, it’s ramen like you can eat in Japan. But of course there’s a better one in Tokyo, but I can say this is ramen. But… I don’t think I go back again after the experience I had.
First time here.... The impression was just like its name feels - neat and clean... We had Hijiki Tofu and Karaage as appetizers. Hmm... 爽やか... I had Spicy Tonkotsu ramen... I think if I compare it to Santoga, it's less greasy but I love their spicy paste on the ramen(ichilan style)..... Service was quick and good. I might come back to try the spicy miso ramen or shoot ramen next time....
Solid ramen and delicious gyoza. Friendly service and reasonably priced.
Delicious!! I enjoyed the tasty Black Tonkotsu Ramen. We also ordered and devoured the Spicy Fried Chicken Bao. I will return! Service was great!
Sensational Ramen!!! Best in the Princeton area!
My partner and I came in for ramen and ended up getting 3 orders of Bao Buns to go because they were so good! The ramen had great flavor and I looked the soft boiled egg!
delicious ramen and sides, great spot in princeton and the service is very fast and friendly.

Great ramen and also beef bowl was delicious!
I'd give 3.5 if I could, but I'll round up for the things they did right. Price wise, they were a bit expensive but it's Princeton so that's to be expected. The service/ambience left a bit to be desired. As for the ramen, my friends and I got the tonkotsu, spicy tonkotsu, and black garlic tonkotsu. The broth had great body but just alright flavor, so I'd give it a 7.5. The pork had good flavor but wasn't very tender so I'd give that a 7. The noodles probably aren't made fresh and it showed, being a little stiff and oddly shaped so I'd give that a 7 as well. The ajitama yolk wasn't cured which hardly makes it ajitama at all. The presentation was pretty good however, I'd give that an 8.5. This place is definitely not the worst ramen I've had in Princeton, but we'll see how it stacks up against the others.
Terrible waiter and service. We had a lady who did not even welcome us when we walked through the door. She didn’t even say anything when we left. Looks like she hated her job and customers. Portions are okay, but I’ve had better tasting ramen.
The Black garlic ramen is my favorite thing from here. Their Impossible ramen is also really good!
Hands down, the best value in downtown Princeton. Elevated & authentic ramen, cheap appetizers, and proper marunouchi subway signage.
