went for the first time and me and my bf shared the buffalo chicken bao buns and both thoroughly enjoyed them for our first time trying bao buns. it was the perfect combination of light and fluffy bun with crispy fried chicken. for our entree we both got the garlic tonkotsu and we both really enjoyed that as well. i enjoyed mine so much i wouldnt even bother trying a different ramen from their menu i was so pleased with it!

One of the best ramen I had. I have tried at least 20 ramen places. The noodle has the right texture. The broth is Fantastic.

I had the Fried Gyoza and Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen at this establishment, and I can confidently aver that the food/drink was excellent and the employee that served me was quite amiable; alongside that, the atmosphere is rather comfortable, with a profusion of electrical outlets to conveniently charge your devices. I definitely recommend this restaurant as a great place to consume ramen and affiliated Japanese cuisine.

Had the Tonkotsu ramen, which was solid. My only criticism is that the pork was a bit dry.

Perfect stop for a Ramen Stop ! Stopped into this cozy shop here in Princeton New Jersey for lunch. So glad we did ! The shop sits about 15 persons (Tables and bar) , staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a wonderful bowl of Tonkotsu ($11.95). Great flavors and accoutrement. I also enjoyed the takoyaki and Karrage ! I would definitely recommend that you stop by. When I was there it wasn't too busy, but I could totally see there being a line around the block for this place. It's that good ! Enjoy Follow me on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Yelp, as I travel the world in search of the perfect bowl of noodle soup. @noodlesoupr

Such a cozy place. It also has vegan option, which I opted for and tasted amazing. Would love to come back! Do try the Hijika Tofu.

Really liked the Ramen (black garlic), karage chicken was OK... Wish they had some proper Japanese dessert

Really great food, kinda disappointed that the seaweed salad is $6 now. At almost the price of an entree I probably won't be ordering it anymore.

I’m a Japanese person and disappointed a bit.I got diced chicken breasts on it, it was not Cha-shu(pork).I ordered Miso Ramen which must have Cha-shu (pork), but there was some diced chicken breasts on it. I was a little bit sad because I wanted to eat Cha-shu. Personally I’ve been eating chickens a lot last 2 weeks, so I definitely wanted to eat Cha-shu at this restaurant on this day...I didn’t complain because I was exhausted and freezing, so i think there’s some responsibility on myself too. But anyway the mistake was not really acceptable (I’m 90% sure not a mistake tho.)I made it 2 stars because chicken was not terrible. if it was low quality as not enjoyable, I definitely called the franchise owner. Here’s a general review-There was chicken on it, not Cha-shu.-A waiter was nice, quick and clean, I didn’t see him being mean(maybe…)-Generally, taste was okay.-The ramen was like Yea, it’s ramen like you can eat in Japan. But of course there’s a better one in Tokyo, but I can say this is ramen. But… I don’t think I go back again after the experience I had.

First time here.... The impression was just like its name feels - neat and clean... We had Hijiki Tofu and Karaage as appetizers. Hmm... 爽やか... I had Spicy Tonkotsu ramen... I think if I compare it to Santoga, it's less greasy but I love their spicy paste on the ramen(ichilan style)..... Service was quick and good. I might come back to try the spicy miso ramen or shoot ramen next time....

Absolutely delicious. I hadn't found a decent ramen place around here yet with actually good vegetarian and vegan ramen. We are all sick at home and it's 30 degrees out so decided to give this place a shot. Our delivery was right on time and perfectly packaged. We order vegan miso ramens + bamboo shoots + corn + chili miso paste + substitute vegan noodles for regular egg noodles. So so so yummy!!! So good that I'm writing a review as I'm eating it. I will definitely order again!! My only note to the restaurant is that I wish that some of those extra veggies were already included since it's vegetarian ramen and the portion of tofu is pretty small. That's what I've usually seen in other ramen places in NYC and north Jersey.

One if the best Ramen shops I've been to in NJ! The Black Garlic Tonkotsu is the best- such a rich flavor, hearty portions, while the chasu just melts in your mouth! You also can't go wrong with the bao buns!

We were so impressed with this ramen stop on Nassau Street! My mom even said that it had better Ramen than some of the places that she has been to in Manhattan. A few of us in our party ordered the spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. There was a good amount of space, but the noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth had a great flavor. We would definitely go back and eat there again!
