The curry bowl and singapore noodles are so good! We always ask for no egg and no fish sauce and they're very helpful in making sure things are vegan
Went to order a simple chicken fried rice. Learned it was going to cost me a silly $19+. Decided to go into Princeton and found Tiger Noodles on Nassau St. - Their CFR was $7 and so good!!! Had money left for a drink at Tiger Inn next door. Bye, bye Roots….
The garlic eggplant over purple rice was phenomenal!

I came here very recently with some family and I felt the food was outstanding. The portion sizes were great and I was very happy. Everything was extremely fresh as well which is so important too. I would definitely come back here.

This is my favorite sushi place. I get the spicy girl roll and shrimp pad Thai and lettuce wraps. The food is very fresh and very consistent.

This was my partners and I first time here. Loved that there was parking, loved the service and loved the food. Our server was super kind, gave us recommendations, and better explained to us some menu options. The food came out quick and was sooooo good!

Overall good food and flavors (though on the lighter side). Taiwanese brisket noodle soup had delicious broth. Pan seared sea scallop was buttery and lived the eggplant and veggies that came along with it - I have had better scallops in the past though. We also tried the mandarin suzette and it was wonderful! Also appreciated the beautiful plating

Came in for lunch, ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and am order of pork buns. Both were delicious and freshly made. Service was quick and the food was brought out quickly as well. Highly recommend.

We went to roots late at night for dinner, and we had many different foods. We first started of with steamed vegetable dumplings. It came with soy sauce on the side and it was served hot. For the main course we had the Singapore rice noodles, vegetables lo mein, and vegetable fried rice. First the Singapore rice noodles, the texture was weird and the noodles were very thin and small, but the spice was perfect. The lo mein was by far the best since it had the perfect amount of butter and was loaded with flavor. And then, we had the vegetable fried rice. It was better than the Singapore rice noodles, but wasn't as good as the lo mein. All in all, I recommend to go to roots if you are in Princeton.
