The Pizza Den in Princeton has a lot going for it! The cheese, pepperoni, and sauce are spot-on—flavorful and well-balanced. However, the dough could use some fine-tuning. It’s a bit too chewy, which might be due to an excess of gluten. With a little adjustment, they could elevate their pizza game to perfection!

One of the better pizza places on Nassau Street that serves a nice New York slice. My friend and I ordered their 16 inch cheese pie and Brooklyn pie. Overall, the pizza was pretty solid for a good price. I personally really liked their Brooklyn pie because of the well flavored tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella. I thought that their cheese pizza was above average, but the crust was a little less crunchy than I would have liked (granted I ordered delicery). I would love to come back and try their other pizzas in person to taste it fresh.

Fantastic food, lovely people. The pizza-oven baked pretzel is AMAZING. Even the salads are great. Tiny dining area is still pleasant and clean. We were visiting from out of town, but will definitely be going back next time we're in town.

Scouting on the Pizza Hunters App, the Pizza Den was slightly above average slice of Pizza. It has some elements of a solid slice. The dough and crust is the star of the Show. It is a thicker slice with the bread. Cheese had good flavor. There was not much sauce on my slice. Could not tell you anything about tye sauce, which effected the harmony of the slice.. maybe it was because I just ordered a slice. They are definitely set up more for whole pies. I would give a 3.5 and would go back.

This place was awesome! Perfect thin crust, delicious toppings. We had a few pre-made slices as well as a custom gluten free pie and both were outstanding. Service was great - took time to answer a couple questions and got the food out at the perfect temperature.

The best pizza in Princeton by a mile. Pizza Den has been my go-to spot for pizza for many months now. Well-sized pizzas at fair prices with amazing selection for pizza types. The Hooked on Honey Pie has been the best pizza I’ve ever had, especially when you get it fresh out the oven. Make sure you look at their menu, it’s easier to find online that in the store. Although there’s not much seating, the outdoor seating and very friendly staff make it feel like a positive, cozy environment. Also if you’re a student, there’s a 10% discount, making it particularly friendly to any university students nearby.

Kid-friendliness: Unlike with Hoagie Haven, they are very welcoming to kids. The staff even put a second table for our child when he saw our orders were adding up so we're more comfortable.
