Stopped in for the first time. I had an amazing experience with the staff. The girl behind the counter, Molly was super nice and probably one of the best baristas I’ve ever met. She was super knowledgeable about the different drinks they had to offer and helped me pick the perfect one for me. Thanks, Molly!!
This pains me to say cause growing up my family and I loved small world (we almost solely went to the Witherspoon location). Today we paid $5 for a walnut chocolate chip muffin that had three walnuts and no chocolate chips in it. My mother said the coffee was good (although they didn’t leave room for milk like they said they would) and my banana bread was fine too. The workers seemed distracted. I’m a regular customer here — I come often, buy coffee, and always leave a tip. But today was the first time I had to simply walk out. I waited in line for 10 minutes while the person at the counter was having a long, friendly chat with another customer. I don’t have time to stand and wait while casual conversations take priority over serving paying customers. This is very disappointing and feels disrespectful to loyal customers like me.
