This place gives you an as close as possible taste of North Indian cuisine. By far the best North Indian food I have had in a restaurant. The paneer is nice and soft, the dal is delicious, well you get the gist. The only minor complaint I have is that the rice was either a bit undercooked or left out in the cold as it was starting to get hard. Plain cooked Rice shouldn't be hard and crunchy.
The best indian food I've had in a while! The owners were so accommodating to our needs. My lamb was a bit oversalted at first but they switched it out with no complaints and everything else was delicious! I wish I lived in princeton again just so I could go to this restaurant.
Wonderful experience and delicious food. High-quality service, lovely atmosphere. As with most Princeton restaurants, they are BYOB and the restaurant will open, provide glasses, and chill (if necessary) your alcohol.
