My wife and I stopped in for a quick drink the barista Julian saw us sitting down and her holding our baby It was nice enough to handle deliver our drinks to us. Great service. Thanks Julian.

Terrible customer service! I came into the store on Christmas day, so it was a bit busy, but it does not justify how the employees treat customers. My bakery item was said to be sold out, even when I can still see that it is displayed in the shelf. They replaced the bakery item I ordered with another item, then gave me this new item in its original packaging inside of the bakery sleeve??? When I asked for a bag for my entire order, an employee basically threw a cup holder at another guest while trying to shove my drinks into the bag. Their attitude was just unhelpful and was just trying to drive guests out the door.

Horrible, nasty, and arrogant baristas. That sums up the experience at this Starbucks location. We wait 30 minutes for a mobile order, at a time when there is no crowd, just to have my son's order made incorrectly. That's fine. What was wrong was the complete attitude when I asked to please make the drink the way it is on the menu. It took me 5 or 6 times to get someone's attention. I was obviously heard because of the smirk on the barista's face. When she finally took the drink to fix, she walked over to another barista and quite loudly talked about my "stupid" request. Making a drink the way it is on the menu is stupid? The employees of this location should be embarrassed by their behavior.

I waited 20min until I got my Cappuccino. It was not very crowded, but ok, what made me giving 1 Star is the arrogance of the service guy. Is this how ypu treat your customers, with arrogance? Also the Cappuccino was way to hot - why would you burn this fine coffee? Last time Starbucks for a while...

I just came into the Starbucks in Princeton, right on the main strip, and asked for change for the meters. Julian was SO kind and made change for me even though I didn't make a purchase. I've been to this store before and have gotten coffee, which of course is great, but good service is everything and they have a gem in Julian. I'm now a loyal customer.

While understanding this is a busy location- The baristas weren't working behind the counter. Took 30 minutes for 2 drinks. There was no effort or organization here to complete incoming orders. I never saw this at a Starbucks location. I will say the cashier was nice but the rest of them didn’t care. I’ll never return.
