I ordered a venti latte, when I got it, only half cup…..not even a medium cup but charged a venti price??? What a shame!

Just ordered 2 ice shaken espressos, can you tell me why one is not close to being full. Why pay for a Venti and get a grande. Very disappointing!

The two girls working here were incredibly rude, ignoring myself and other customers to chit chat until we spoke up. Even then we were given a dismissive attitude the entire time. The barnes and nobles here is nice but definitely avoid this starbucks

As a non-regular Starbucks customer, I don't have fluency in the barista vernacular. When I came to this location, an older woman asked me for my order and I said a tall cappuccino and motioned my hands indicating a large cup. With a tilouch of attitude, she began listing the sizes. I replied with "large", for which she replied with "Venti" and rolled her eyes.

I thought the coffeehouse snobbery was a YouTube skit-thing. I wasn't aware people were actually like this. It's painful enough to pay Starbucks prices for coffee, but to be condensended to when ordering, that's crossing the line. She can keep her pretentious attitude, I'll go elsewhere in the future.

Looks like "unpleasant/rude staff & poorly-made drinks seem to be a common complaint with this store. Not given receipt, so refused refund without it.

Just went in every one was great except Charlotte who made my drink. All because I forgot to say iced, gave me the ugliest attitude and made sure I knew she was upset. That is NOT how I want to start my Monday morning. She should not be a Starbucks employee, everyone is always so happy.

I ordered a caramel Crunch Cappuccino and requested whip cream because it felt like I was drinking water. I could have dipped it like water. The ugly and nasty barista { inside and out) assumed I wanted a whole cup. She continued to tell me what she could not do. Nasty and rude and completely no customer service.

Worst experience … tried 3 times and every time it was new surprise with no clue what it turned to be from what was ordered. Will never try again.
