The store manager decided to get on the line to make drinks. Unfortunately, she made my drink instead of a barista and had no idea what she was doing. Filled my cup up with foam and told me it wasn’t foam as if I’m not looking directly at it. I’ve been getting the same drink for over 10 years from Starbucks daily. Decided to get a refund for my drink, but the manager was extremely nasty. I had to call Starbucks directly to report the horrible customer service. When I asked her who was the District manager she said that she did not have one and that she was the store manager as if no one was above her. I would hate to work for someone like that. The employees there looked helpless.This store needs new management and better customer service. Won’t patronize this location again.

The lady who took the order was very friendly. I ordered a white chocolate mocha with whipped cream. My mistake was I didn't take a sip right away, nor did I question why the cup was so light. As I'm driving on the highway, I took a sip, and it was sickening sweet. Like I was drinking sugared milk. I got home and took off the lid. It was only white chocolate syrup and whipped cream in the cup. NOTHING else.

Friendly service here! I ordered paradise drink with soy. When i finished the first one i ordered the sec cup and forgot to tell them I wanna soy. They kindly ask me with soy? Very thoughtful and nice : )

I'm going to combine my last experience with my most recent one (because I always try to be fair)... the previous one was a nice experience... drink tasted as it should and there were a decent amount of people attending to everyone--this was this time in 2022... Fast forward, and I'm really disappointed. it was about 2 pm but they were out of certain items, the display case looked desolate... I placed an order for a sugar cookie almond milk latte (iced) and 3 seasonal loves (pumpkin pepita and gingerbread).I was not offered a receipt... and then I was waiting for my drink and apparently, the barista forgot about me, because he wasn't working and I was just waiting around.. I inquired and he looked startled and said "oh! Latoya?" I just said yes, but was extremely confused. He literally made my drink in less than a minute... he was friendly enough, so I took my drink and just started walking out... as I made my way toward my car, I took a sip and realized that it tasted like dirty water.. when I looked, I saw there was a huge layer of syrup, I guess... sitting at the bottom and indistinguishable liquid at the top (didn't look like coffee)... because I was rushed, I just threw it out and wasted $5.What is going on? I've never had that kind of experience at Starbucks... is it because they may be striking soon?Sad.
I like this shop and we are there about four times a month while in Princeton. Easy since in a mall and plenty of parking just no drive thru. Sometimes food can take a while and they shove your sandwich in a little lopsided yet still a good location. We order extra hot lattes and cold brews with extra foam and they make it right. When busy they can be behind app ordering times
Great cup of coffee?? The staff was/is great. This coffee is not for the faint of heart. If you don’t like coffee with body go for one of the mixed coffee drinks or their signature drinks.
