The slowest Starbucks I've ever been in, especially considering how much traffic it gets.
Service: 2
Extremely slow every time I go I was waiting for 17 minutes. My drink tag was sitting there in front of the barista and nothing was being done as I sat there for 17 minutes. She is working on DoorDash is which is fine but my drink should be coming out first not DoorDash‘s.

The location and the coffee I got was great. With limited staff it'takes slightly more time in getting the food. Plus there is room to keep it cleaner

I’m seeing my drip coffee sitting there. Done. For minutes. I ask. They say someone else will grab it. Minutes. Ask again.
They have a broken system
Second time I had to cancel an order one drink and it was still not ready at 17 minutes that’s absurd!!!!!! There’s got to be a better system they can come up with I know they get busy at times but how come my order wasn’t done after 17 minutes??????

Tables could use regular cleaning; nicely busy; rude barista (particularly Melina--I just wanted a hot sauce packet 😒).

WiFi issues and one of the baristas is rude to customers
I visited this branch today and waited 25 minutes for a lemonade. The staff seemed relaxed and worked slowly, offering little acknowledgment to customers waiting for orders. Please improve service speed and customer engagement.

I've been here before and liked the atmosphere but today when I came in there was someone, who I assume is a manager, yelling at the staff which made me really uncomfortable. Anytime I've been here the staff has been friendly, the store has been clean, and my items came out in a good amount of time. I just really didn't think it was appropriate for the manager to be reprimanding staff out in the open like that. The person was a white lady without an apron wearing all black.

Today August 10th , 2025 made me not want to go to any Starbucks ever again because of one person. The person making the drinks was incredibly rude to multiple customers waiting for their orders.

this place is a mess. they are so busy rushing to fix the to-go orders they NEVER get the in person orders right (which should be the priories IMO) my dad has tried to order my VERY common drink (dirty chai) twice this week and they seem incapable of making it. he went so far as to show them my text where I capitalized DIRTY and explained that means it contains shots of ESPRESSO. if you don't understand what someone is ordering ask them. I guess next time I have to go in myself or ask him to physically watch them put in the shots. now I have a $7 cup of sugary milk. great job guys. train your baristas.

I was recently asked to leave this Starbucks location because I wasn’t making a purchase. I wasn’t aware this was a new corporate policy, and while I understand if that’s the rule, it could have been communicated with more tact and basic courtesy. I often stop in before my class starts just to read quietly, and this has never been an issue before.
Instead of politely informing me that the policy had changed and kindly allowing me to stay this one time, with a heads-up for the future, I was abruptly told that I had to either order a drink or leave. It was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing.
In this day and age, where empathy and social awareness are more important than ever, I’m surprised at how poorly the message was delivered. It wasn’t about the policy. It was about how it was handled. There was zero effort to make me feel like a valued guest or even just a human being. We should expect better than that from a well known brand.

I have actually never been to a Starbucks where the workers were so rude and in such a bad mood. I was made to feel like a burden for spending my money at an establishment? And then when asking for a straw she ignored me and threw them on the table.

I live close to the Princeton Shopping Center and regularly grab coffee. I don’t care for Dunkin’, and sadly, this place is the only nearby option for flavored coffee — which is the only reason I’ve kept going back.
But honestly? 8 out of 10 times, it’s been straight-up awful. I’ve reached a point where I’m more annoyed than caffeinated. The other day, I ordered an iced blonde vanilla latte and was handed what looked (and tasted) like a sad cup of milk with ice. No coffee flavor. No vanilla. Nothing. Just cold, flavorless milk with floating ice cubes.
Another time, I ordered a hot caramel macchiato — and it was neither hot nor remotely coffee-like. Just a sugary, lukewarm mess that tasted like someone melted syrup into water and called it a drink. For $7–8 a cup, this is daylight robbery. If you care even a little about coffee, do yourself a favor and skip this Starbucks. You’ll regret the money, not just the taste.
