Hoping management will see this review because they need to be aware. This has happened several times at this location. I’m the only one on line during off peak hours and I stand there for several minutes without being acknowledged by the staff…..while they have their own personal conversation right in front of me. Rude and unprofessional. When I pay $6 for coffee I want good service! How hard is it to say “I’ll be right with you. Sorry, please give us a min”. The staff need to be trained on customer service. I made a comment today because this keeps happening and I got an attitude.

Food tastes amazing, I personally have been getting the Potato and Chive Bake (which I heard is a temporary menu item). The atmosphere is amazing. Good store design and aesthetic and good music choices. And most of all, excellent service. I want to shoutout one of the associates specifically, Lawrence. I go into the Starbucks early before I head to my office. The first time I went to this Starbucks, Lawrence made me a Potato and Chive Bake and rung me up right before what looked like was his morning meeting with his supervisor. Lawrence is the most helpful and customer-minded associate, but also doesn’t take BS from bad customers. Keep up the great work!
Parking: 62 parking spaces not including 2 handicap spaces
A nice lady took my order of unsweetened ice tea. I paid and walked down to wait for my drink. There were no customers. The store was empty. I was the only person waiting. I didnt understand why my drink was taking so long when I noticed two girls behind the counter in front of me talking to each other, and one was holding and handling a drink as if it was hers. Their conversation went on for quite a while while I stood there and waited. Then all of a sudden, the one with the drink in her hand sets it down for me, the customer. Why couldn't she just set it down right after she made it and then talk to her coworker? It was so rude and nobody wants to see someone handling their drink like it was their own. I will not be back. There are plenty of other options at this shopping center.

Second time here and second poor experience : slow service, not a smile, items are thrown on the pick up place and we can’t understand the names. We have the impression that we are bothering the staff. Need a big change now

Was just there around 1 on my lunch break. I've been going for awhile to this Starbucks. I've never had a problem before until today. The younger girl with glasses dark hair needs to talk a class on how to provide proper service to people. Asked for a cake pop and coffee. I usually get the cake pop at the cash register , but no she said it'll be ready at the end. Ok no big deal. My coffee is ready still no cake pop. Now I have to go back to cash register. She continues to make me wait for the cake pop. I don't mind waiting if they're busy but she was not busy. I had to asked 2 x time before she got it ready. She kept telling me in a minute while she continued to talk with her coworker. Her tone was very condescending. I could see if the place was packed it wasn't. She had plenty of time to get it and still had me waiting. Then once she gives it to me not even extending her arm out to me so I can reach better I drop my coffee. I'm so upset that once I walked I just threw out the coffee and cake pop. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAN!!!!

One of the nicest, more spacious Starbucks I’ve been to. The girl, Juliette, that took my order was super friendly and knowledgeable of the drinks.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and spacious sitting area that anyone in a wheel chair can easily sit at.
The Starbucks in the Princeton Shopping Center may be new but the food, staff and service their are amazing! Juliette and the other baristas make you feel welcomed every time you go in for a drink, and get your order out in no time. The environment and design of the store is well thought out and adds to the welcoming and cozy atmosphere of the store.

definitely the best starbucks in the area. I came here recently to grab a quick frappuccino & the barista really put in effort to perfect my drink! not only is the food/drink quality good but the workers & ambiance are extremely inviting.
