I was impressed by this place. I ordered a salmon roll and an avocado roll, and they were absolutely fantastic. There was SO much salmon, and the avocado roll must have contained an entire avocado! The salmon was firm and delicious, and looked to be a belly cut (which is desirable as it is marbled, like a high end cut of beef). The best quality, proportion, and price of anyone in the Princeton area. I'll admit, I was not expecting this level of quality from a strip mall place....

Easy to ignore-- given its location in a strip mall-- but the proprietor apparently puts all the value in the food. Interesting, tasty, all-you-can-eat. Simple salmon roll is conspicuously good. Red snapper teriyaki a kid favorite.

This place is s total gem in the area. Really high quality fish (the salmon sashimi melts in your mouth), extremely tasty and unique appetizers, and incredible fried oreos and ice cream. I've been here 5 times and the quality is consistent every time. They also are the very rare all you can eat place that doesn't massively overload the nagiri with rice.
