In the 20 years we have dined at Teresa’s, it has been one of our favorites. However the last 2 times the service in terms of being greeted and waiting for a table has been difficult and dismal. Arrived early 5:30 was told we’d be seated in 20-30, it took over an hour and only after pressing for a table. We were a party of eight. They do not take reservations, but we did call ahead of time to be added to their wait list. We went for lunch and there was a table waiting for us. Wasn't super busy. The food and drinks were good. We got the fried stuffed zucchini blossoms, fried calamari, and the burrata with peach & hazelnuts for our starters. We ordered two of each. 1-2 years ago Teresa’s was one of my favorite spots in Princeton. I am not sure what happened but the food quality has really taken a dive. It used to be very fresh and well curated dishes, now it is mediocre. Still a decent spot, but nothing like it used to be unfortunately. The wine is very good, and I recommend the pasta over pizza.
