There was a line when we arrived, which intrigued us but we decided to come back when there wasn't such a wait. When we did come back, the bread we wanted was sold out, so we got a whole-wheat loaf instead. The loaf was much softer than expected, and sweet. Definitely not the artisanal bread we had hoped for, though at $6, I guess comparatively it was cheaper than other bakeries.

So delicious and friendly. The loaves. The pastries. The focaccia. All great!

VERY bad pastries! The baguettes are okay (4/5), and the larger breads (miches, boules, etc.) are 2/5.

Lovely little bakery. Fresh breads and pastries, friendly staff.

As others have written, this place used to be really good and THE spot. But over the years, it has become only "ok". The baguettes are a little more on the chewy side - instead of a nice, crisp exterior and soft interior. Their pain chololat is also chewy and doesn't have that crispness. Seems it just has been dealing with a lot of humidity and just gets a little soggy. People are nice and efficient, so cannot complain about that.

Super saddened to say that the croissants are no longer the same quality they were a couple of years back. Bought 2 this morning and they’re no longer flakey, instead they’re a bread-like, dense quality.

Haven’t been here in 5 years. The croissants now are bland, not much different to what you get from your local supermarket. In no way up to the standards of the other local pastry shops. No crunch on the outside, plain doughy on the inside, and tasteless. What happened to this place?

A must go to. Though the aroma is enough to keep you coming back, the delicious beads will have you telling your friends ave family about it.

We used to frequent this bakery quite often but noticed in recent years, their quality has really gone done. We ordered danish and some scones but they were so dry and clearly old.

While I love the products, sanitation is definitely a concern. I visited this past Saturday afternoon. The cashier went and grabbed the bread I requested using parchment paper, but I noticed that she did not remove her gloves when handling my card and the register. I can only imagine the amount of cross contamination that occurs between touching dozens of people's cards and food.

After a great lunch at Mistral I decided to pop in to see what this place is all about...Well...its NOT good at all.I ordered a loaf of pecan cranberry bread and had it sliced..When i got home ( over 90 minutes away) I couldn't wait to try it...HORRIBLE..DENSE.TASTLESS BREAD.so i also bought chocolate crossiants which were STALE...and Apple Turnovers...The turnovers were filled with apple sauce...Who does that? Then the ciabatta..AGAIN..just tastless.. WORST place ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY And not the friendliest staff ....
