I still think about these bagels over a year later. Didn’t even have it fresh at the time as I was working, but it still tasted amazing the next day. I also didn’t pick the bagel and usually, I am selective about what kind, but the order I was given was delicious!!!! I am hoping for more locations around NJ closer to me so I can get them more often! I also love the fun looking bagels as well!

Love the bagel Nook but their cream cheeses are really lacking. The scallion cream cheese on my bagel had many 3 chunks of scallion throughout. Same with the olive cream cheese. I don’t know if it’s them being cheap or what the issue is but flavored cream cheese should be packed with toppings.

I ordered a breakfast this morning and I asked for BLT on a spinach wrap. There's a they don't have spinach wrap. So I asked, what kind of wraps you have? They said wheat, and white, so I said give wheat , so when I got to my car to eat, it is was on a toast wheat bread, i guess I don't understand English too well. The food was good. The service was great. The atmosphere was wonderful, loved the place. They just got to understand English better.

Messed up order, bagels were extremely mid compared to many bagel spots in NJ, crumb cake was pretty stale. Social media hyped this up waaay too much.

The bagels are good here! Usually order a few breakfast sandwiches for the family, and multiple times our order was missing items that were listed on the receipt. Seems this is more common than just us based on other reviews. Also, when calling in an order they either don’t pick up or disconnects/hang-up as soon as they do. Strange since when you’re there in person even during peak, there are staff just standing around idle. Whole experience would be much better if these were addressed, and hoping it will as we do like the bagels here! 🥯

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a Kaiser roll and a sausage, egg, and cheese on a Kaiser roll for delivery through Uber Eats. The order took about 15 minutes longer to complete than originally estimated (for a total of 40ish minutes). The bacon was missing, the cheese was cold, and the bread was not a Kaiser roll and tasted a bit stale. The sausage sandwich had the wrong cheese and the wrong bread. Would not recommend this place. Bagel Hole is better (and better priced).
We have always been a fan of this place, but over the years the quality of service has been in decline. We went here today and this was the third time they forgot a food item we paid for and they couldn’t replace it because it was already sold to another. Please invest in your personnel. Your food is good, but people also pay for service.

I ordered 2 sandwiches over the phone and after waiting for a ridiculous time (10 minutes after driving there for 20) they got both sandwich orders wrong. I called to rectify the mistake, went in to get the “fixed” sandwich’s and to my disbelief both sandwiches were wrong again! (One of us is dairy free and all 4 had cheese so breakfast was ruined). Cannot say enough that people should steer clear of this place and go somewhere where they actually listen when you order!

Usually the food is delicious and this is my go too place and i drive 30 minutes everytime but today i order two BACON egg and cheese with a hash brown sandwiches one with asiago cheese and i paid over $30 and when i got home and opened the order i received 2 sandwiches with american cheese no bacon and one doesn't have a has a hash brown I'm extremely upset considering i paid over $30 on TWO sandwiches they SHOULD be correct especially when i drive half an hour for this place
