Typically, the ice cream and sorbet here are great! They used to serve them with little plastic spoons--which, true to the name, would bend or snap with the slightest bit of pressure. Thankfully, about a year and a half ago they switched to wooden spoons. Unfortunately, those come with their own issue: they taste like wood. The last time I went, the flavor of the ice cream was completely overpowered by that wooden taste. I love the ice cream itself, but I really wish they’d find a better spoon option! Though, the last time I was there was a month ago, so perhaps they already have. The line is also usually very very long during mid-day, so keep that in mind if you want a short wait! 🐈⬛🥄
The Bent Spoon absolutely delivers! The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor — you can taste the quality in every bite. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the shop has such a cool, cozy vibe. Definitely one of the best ice cream spots around! 🍦👏
I will literally dream about this pistachio ice cream oh my god so creamy and flavourful
Place is okay. For some reason, there was a line at 9 pm and the next day at 2 pm over the weekend, so we decided to try it. We were underwhelmed. Unsure what the obsession is, especially since there are other ice cream stores in town. Halo Pub for example had more flavors and more space inside.
I go here regularly but I wanted to highlight the ice cream bar Bent Spoon did for our wedding. It was literally the first question I asked our vendor and it was so well done. They were also able to provide a pint for our guests with dietary restrictions. It ran out pretty quickly and our guests raved about it. Always will recommend Bent Spoon if you’re in the area.
Overrated with weird policies! Unfortunately people don't have many options in Princeton
Absolutely love paw paws of all varities. Saw the menu featured it this week and was super hype try their paw paw ice cream. Been waiting to try it for a couple of years now actually. Completely disappointed. Tasted nothing like paw paw. Just their usual ice cream base and too little fruit to notice. Sucks man.
We went in bcuz of the hype this place has. It’s crowded most of the times and the place had its own vibe. Very rustic and staff is very quick and polite.
BUT the ice cream isn’t the best around there. It lacked flavor. We tried a few different kinds. I think dark chocolate was the best of all.
Amazing ice cream
Not worth the hype and price. No flavour and taste. We tried lavender mascarpone and black currant flavours. The black currant has no taste at all. And the lavender is like eating room freshner

My family loves coming here. My only complaint is how long the line is but it moves along pretty well.
Amazing ice cream. It’s worth to detour to have it. New flavors daily. Super natural.
Absolutely LOVE The Bent Spoon! That staff is amazing and patient with my students with special needs. I would recommend this place to anyone just based on the customer service, but it’s even better because the ice cream is so good 🍦
The line was out to the road when we got there, but it moved fast so the wait wasn’t bad at all. We tried the pistachio, pink rose, and vanilla bean, and all three were decent.
Overrated , not very friendly ! Don’t particularly care for the ice cream either
