This place is truly wonderful. Ignore the negative reviews talking about ice crystals or other nonsense, this is homemade ice cream at its best. The unique flavors are delightful. I tried a lavender vanilla and an earl grey chocolate together and it was incredible. The employees were friendly and fast, and everything went smoothly. I can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stopped by here after dinner when we were in the area. Like everyone else has mentioned be prepared to wait in line. The menu changes weekly and they have a unique variety of flavors. I got the lavender mascarpone and chocolate earl grey. I really enjoyed the lavender mascarpone. I was not a fan of the chocolate earl grey. The earl grey flavor was very strong. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I would return.

First time here, I had a scoop of the vanilla bean and a scoop of the baileys chocolate. It was delicious. I love how they use eco friendly cups, spoons, and bags. Don’t worry if you see a line, it moves fairly quickly, staff is friendly and efficient. I will return!

Service was ok. Don't understand the long line outside of Bent Spoon. Carvel is probably way better. Their vanilla bean was ok. Hazelnut chocolate was very disappointing. Now let's get their chocolate which they claim to be the "best". That was the most bitter thick nasty hot chocolate I've ever tasted in my life. Giving them 3 stars for their vanilla bean and their amazing cookies and cream milkshake.

Some of the best ice cream around! There's usually a line out the door, but it's understandable why, and I never mind the wait when the ice cream is so good and the flavors are always so fun and unique. The line never takes longer than 10 minutes anyways even on the busiest nights I've been, so they're clearly very organized and quick. I do wish the inside was a bit roomier, as it can feel claustrophobic when you're ordering and there's over a dozen people all squished inside waiting too, but it's usually a short in and out experience. And again the flavors more than make up for it in my opinion! I can't get over the texture of the ice cream too, it's always perfectly creamy and never icy. My favorite flavors are the pistachio, the passion fruit, and the greek yogurt with candied walnuts. The other thing that's a bit sad is that they obviously don't have many flavors consistently because they switch them up daily, so some of my favorites I'll only ever seen a few times a year. But again that's the point of their business, and I do love all the variety and really strange other flavors that come from switching it up so often too. It is a bit pricy too, but that's why I take full advantage of getting two flavors every time and adding on the free whip cream whenever it's offered. You can also get a punch card to build up to a free ice cream too. Overall they make really well made ice cream that feels like a luxury and the variety makes every visit a new and novel experience! I enjoy this place a lot, though I am constantly on the look out for whenever they've got my favorite specific flavors back on the menu (*wink wink* someone PLEASE bring back the greek yogurt with candied walnuts again).
I have loved this place for years. Finally came back today and it is still just as awesome as it has been since the last time I came in 2015. We got the rose with cookies and cream- absolutely incredible. Even the vanilla is amazing. Truly some of the best (if not the best) ice cream Ive ever had. And the ladies working were awesome- so kind and friendly. And the area is very nice too to walk around. Next time id love to try their cupcakes and cookies too- they looked delish!

At the ice cream shop my girlfriend and I visited, the flavors were delightful, and the hardworking staff ensured a great experience. Despite an unfortunate encounter with an evil anonymous witch who happened to be another customer, we managed to enjoy the creamy goodness of our ice cream selections. However, the negative vibe put a damper on our cannabis-induced euphoria, reminding us that sometimes even the sweetest treats can be tainted by sour interactions. Nonetheless, we appreciated the dedication of the staff and the delicious offerings of the shop, and we’ll likely return for more treats in the future.
