Terrific, loving, volunteer staff who work alongside enthusiastic young people learning valuable skills. Wonderful fresh food with delicious ingredients and seasonings. Terrific desserts too.

An under-appreciated gem of a place. In our occasional Saturday visits we usually try one of the specials, they are habitually delicious. The food is carefully prepared and is an excellent value. Their baguettes are unusually good. This is actually one of the better places to eat in the Princeton area.

Easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in my life. The staff was warm and welcoming, the Quiche Lorraine was remarkably flavorful, and even the orange juice felt special. I couldn’t think of a critique of the location if I tried.

Good lunch spot with limited indoor seating.
Food is freshly prepared. For our visit, mushroom dishes were in plenty. Even the cauliflower coconut soup had mushroom in it.

Portions for entree is good, matches the price of about $20.

Gnocchi was cheese forward.

Everything in Blue Bear is just perfect.
My cappuccino was one of the best I had. The French pastries are amazing, especially the one with the prosciutto, but also the hazelnut croissant. And the whole idea behind Blue Bear Special Meals is so heartwarming, so it’s a win-win!
Can’t wait to taste some more!

My wife and I came upon this place quite by accident. Boy were we lucky! We had one of the best breakfasts in a very long time. Absolutely top notch pastries (and the best over easy eggs I have ever out outside my own home) served by a mindful and friendly staff in a bright and airy dining room. And they welcome 🐕 🐕.Owner stopped by and related the genesis of the restaurant. Wish them the best.
Be good, do good and eat great. What more can you expect?

Got the Parisian sandwich and fresh squeezed orange juice. Delicious, and the staff was super friendly!

The blue Bears did the catering for 2 events of 15-20 people. A pre Wedding and post Wedding. Both were so good. Excellent sandwiches, salads , rillettes, pastries. The financiers were gone in a minute, all the French attendees raved about the baguettes and the rillettes and so on. Thank you the Blue Bears!!
I'll do it again for my next party

A very pleasant moment with friends on their sunny terrace. The omelettes are simply exceptional, to the delight of young and old alike. And the homemade desserts are delicious!
