I've dined twice for lunch at this establishment. The initial meal featured breakfast eggs, sausage, and potatoes, all of which were superb. However, during my second visit, I ordered chicken noodle soup and a Caesar salad. Unfortunately, the soup was diluted, and the chicken was dry (surprisingly so, considering it was in a soup). The Caesar salad was passable. On a brighter note, their freshly made juices, particularly "the penicillin," were excellent.

My waffles were delicious though I wish I had received the butter that I asked for. My husband's soup and salad were just ok.The waitress is very pleasant, but because she has so many tables to accommodate is not very attentive. Lunch takes longer than it should.I've been seated next to the wall on both visits and they are in need of a desperate cleaning. Noticed liquid stains...Their fruit drinks are fresh and delicious. I recommend the Penicillin.

The waitress was rude when we ordered and we had to ask several times for the waitress to finalize our order. It was like the waitress seemed bothered to serve us and more interested in laughing & chatting with her colleagues instead. Besides horrible service the food is below average! Cannot recommend it.

We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table since it was a busy weekend time, but they took my number and called me when the table was ready, which was very much appreciated. Would gladly go back.

Had the most wonderful brunch today at Nassau Diner in Princeton! Service was fantastic, brunch was EXCELLENT, and overall ambiance was beautiful & clean. We had fresh pressed juices, iced coffee, omelettes, and the waffles with berries. Will definitely recommend to friends & would love to come back next time we are in town!
