I can't speak to the bar itself. but avoid the food truck. Bought a smoothie there this morning at the West Windsor Farmer's Market, felt like I was disturbing the teenage boys slouched in the front seat by placing an order. He gave me a ticket and sent me to the back of the truck where a premade smoothie (runny) was shoved at me and the window was slammed shut. I discovered when I got to my car that they had not given me what I'd ordered, they fobbed off something else on me. I'd ordered a mango smoothie and there was no mango within a mile of this. It was horrid, gaggingly sweet and loaded with bananas (I avoid bananas). I got home and poured the whole thing down the drain. Waste of money, will never go back. Won't be hitting the bricks and mortar place either.

Best juice bar I’ve ever been to. Has a charm and coziness that most other places lack.
I loved the green monster juice. It was expensive but good. By California or Los Angeles standards, this juice bar is just fine, but they could not charge nearly this much because there are much nice juice bar chains that use organic fresh produce every few blocks or so. However in Princeton, they have no competition and are the best juice bar.

Love ticos. Have always been treated like family esp by Sara. The teenage boy could maybe stop fat shaming. It’s embarrassing. For this I give 3stars not five. Thanks ticos. Been a mostly happy patron since 2015. ☀️
