Didn't put Nutella in my nutella bowl lmfao.
My daughter and I came here for an evening smoothie. While we were waiting for our order, I went to Google Maps and was horrified by the reviews I read. I was upset in advance and thought that I had chosen the wrong place to enjoy a smoothie with my daughter. But everything turned out completely differently. I will give 5 stars for the product (the smoothie was delicious) and five stars for the service: the employee who took our order and gave it to us was very polite and asked us to taste the drinks to give feedback whether we liked it or not. We had a positive impression of this cafe. I rarely leave reviews anywhere, but I decided to leave a review so that other people would not jump to conclusions, since the chain is large and not all have unscrupulous employees. We were here for the first time. I am talking only about the cafe at the address: 645 Nassau Park Blvd, Princeton, NJ 08540
If you have 30 minutes to spend waiting on a smoothie I recommend this spot

I would literally give this 0 stars if I could. I used to live in another town and would go to that tropical smoothie at least once a week. I have gone to this one twice and they have messed up simple orders each time. Both times I was the only person in the restaurant and they managed to leave out multiple items from the order.
This last time not only did I get home to find out that they left out an entire entree that I was charged for, but after asking for 4 bags of sun chips with our meal, I somehow got home with 3 bags of salt and vinegar chips.
They literally read the order back to me at the register, so either the person in the back can not read, or is way too distracted to handle simple tasks. Either way it is unacceptable, so heed my warning and avoid this location at all costs.

The cashiers is here donât really communicate very well and it doesnât feel very welcoming. This is the second time Iâve been here this month and it smells really bad. Luckily, I just want my flatbread so I just deal with the smell. :(

I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but itâs gotten to the point where, I canât even try to make excuses up for this employee. She is ALWAYS and I mean always in a bad mood. Whether itâs through drive through or dine in. I get it, you may not like your job, but what does that have to do with me? The vibes here are off and itâs like, what makes you think I want to come here after a GREAT gym session when Iâm full of happiness to come deal with that dense, negative energy? Like you canât even greet me when I pull up to the register, standing there like some zombie. Like girl, smile, say âhow may I help youâ SOMETHING to at least makes me know that youâre ready to take my order. I suggest, if you really hate your life or your job, maybe you should go do something about it. Leave that out of a place where customer service is IMPORTANT. Do better girl.

My boyfriend and I frequently go to this location in Nassau Park. We had no complaints because we liked the food. However, today after we went, weâve been going to the bathroom nonstop. We live separately and this is the only food we had that were the same. We didnât go anywhere else together. Idk what happened but this is the worst diarrhea Iâve ever had in my life.

My review is based on service only. I do deliver as a driving contractor and I would recommend to ensure premium services because my customers are paying a premium price for it. When I asked the employee to tape up the drinks and tape up the straw, the owner says he's wasting your time. This shows how much he cares about her customers.

Service is not so great when the owner isn't there, much slower and too busy to be so slow. Food and smoothie were good though.

Can never open on time kind of ridiculous -online says 7:00 am not 8:00 am I ordered breakfast at 7 and no one there
