The service at this location is terrible. I went to this Wendy’s twice because it is the closest Wendy’s to me and the manager herself is terrible. The first time I just thought she was having a bad day but I guess she has a bad day everyday. The second time I went, I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and she asked me if I wanted sauce with that and I said no because I wasn’t sure which one I wanted. I also ordered cheese sauce on the side. I eventually go to the window and asked her for the 2 sauces I wanted and she said I had to pay an extra $1.07 for the sauces. She continued to deny giving me sauce and argued with me about 2 sauces that come with a 10 piece meal. She then told me I had to pay because I paid for cheese sauce already which counts as a sauce. If there are 2 free sauces that come with the meal already and I paid for the extra cheese sauce, how does that make sense? If I told her the sauces I wanted when I ordered and then added the cheese sauces after, I would’ve have had to pay extra to begin with. Her attitude was disgusting and the manager needs to get replaced asap. The first time I went she missed 2 items in my order and told me she gave it me to and I must’ve ate it. She called me a liar and refused to give me what I paid for. How would I eat 8 nuggets while I’m waiting at the window for my drinks, makes no sense and was the worst service I have ever received.

The people managing and working at this Wendy's do not care about their customers or about repeat business because there is always a problem when I come here and no one is ever friendly or helpful. I asked the worker to repeat my order back to me and she stared at me and then just turned the screen to face me. Why is this type of behavior allowed? That is very rude and inappropriate. The Wendy's on Rt. 1 South in WW Township only has unfriendly and unhelpful workers that are slow and make mistakes. Why can't they hire people that actually take pride in their job and care about doing well? I was here about a month ago, the food is good if it's made correctly but they make too many mistakes because they do not care. The people working here are not friendly and do not take pride in their jobs like the people at Chick fil-A do. The last time I came they even incorrectly charged me for 1 container of honey mustard even though I had a very large purchase. I will not be coming back any time soon. There are a lot of other much better places in the area, including the Burger King on Brunswick Pike that is open 24 hours a day and the Chick fil-A.

Me and my girlfriend arrived at this restaurant at 9:05 last night. The cashier working the window was extremely rude and started yelling at my girlfriend when she asked for clarification for the price of our food. I wanted to go in and file a complaint but I was so disgusted with the service we just left. I will never visit this establishment again. I refuse to spend my money somewhere and then be treated less than. I recommend going anywhere but this place. I will never be back. Absolutely horrid to treat paying customers like this.

I ordered through the app 30 minutes before arrival time. I get there no order ready and the shift manager did not even care that my order is not ready. By the time they ended up preparing my order I missed my movie....lazy employees, very angry.
I am big Wendy fan, but this made me angry. Order should have been ready at 2.30 so I can get in time to my movie at 2.45 at AMC.

I repeat do not eat at this establishment. Filthiest place and people I’ve seen yet. Don’t know any English. Very unprofessional and rude . Would not recommend this Wendy’s to my worst enemy. Sad Princeton sad.
