The staff are SO RUDE!! When attempting to use points from my app the cashier rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, and tried to talk crap in Spanish about me to workers! Joke was on I speak Spanish. No apology and then didn't give me my change..... argued with me until a manager FINALLY told her she owed me.

This was my second and last time I will ever visit this location... In two short periods of time they manage to royally mess up MOBILE Orders, the order I received last night was not mine, had to get something else to eat!

It is a Wendys. No better no worse. Staff is occasionally a bit inefficient like no spoon or straw at the drive thru when ordering a Frosty. This has happened a FEW times. They are nice enough just a bit inefficient. Food is well prepared but typical hamburger fast food place. Ingredients seem fresh.

Food was good and fast. Expensive as all fast food is now. However, the dining area and men’s room are absolutely disgusting. Tables not cleaned for what look like hours, and the bathroom has tile that fell from ceiling and there’s what smells like raw sewage on the floor.
Kid-friendliness: No changing table in men’s room.
The workers are mad disrespectful and mad rude and mad hostile like how you mad at me because you work at wendy’s like it’s my fault???? The Hispanic and black workers that were there at 9pm are really rude and give you attitude for no reason unacceptable tbh! They took 10 min to take my order in drive thru.

The self order kiosks are out of order, the party pack chicken nuggets and the family pack nuggets both have the same amount(45 nuggets) the difference is the family pack is $10 and the party pack is $24.99. no one knows why... Lol. All in all clean quick and pretty decent staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spaces as well as wheel chair accessibility in/out and inside the facility.
