We haven't been to Winberie's for several years but it was as good as always. My wife had the Cobb salad which she enjoyed. I had the Thai noodle bowl and added tofu. Presentation was great with the tofu coming as two grilled (?broiled) logs on skewers atop the noodle bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service from both the host and our server were very good. They even validated our parking for us which saved us a few bucks at the garage. Winberie's remains a solid choice when in town.
I would highly recommend Winberie's! my husband and I went for the first time today to have some lunch. The Executive Chef, Steve Fitch, was so awesome! My husband has a laundry list of food allergies and Steve came out to offer alterations he could make to the menu items to accommodate us. Everyone there was so friendly and the cocktail and food we had was all fresh and delicious. I could have the parmesan tomato soup everyday for the rest of my life and be happy, it was the best I have ever had. Thank you for a great lunch experience, we will definitely be back!
This bar does a great job of offering good drinks and food, making it a nice place to hang out. The beer list was awesome, and I really liked the fruited sour with its sweet berry taste. The French onion soup was tasty too, with the cheese all stretchy and the bread perfectly soaked so every bite had the right mix.
The staff were quick and friendly, but the bar was pretty crowded, and I had to sit near some loud coworkers, which wasn’t the best. Still, the place had a cool vibe overall.
The old-school decorations and the classic Princeton feel made it fun to be there. Even though the seating was tight, the good drinks and food make this bar worth checking out.

Literally the worst Princeton restaurant I have ever dined at. The server was extremely rude and the managers were unprofessional, the manager I believe his name is Albert came out and he was being super snippy and short with me. I saw servers standing there in the back doing nothing after we asked multiple times for more water. Not just that, but my burger came out pink basically not even cooked when I asked for well done. If I could put a restaurant on Hell’s Kitchen this would be it, you are better off going across the street.

got the cajun mac n cheese which was so bomb and the scallions on top were actually a really nice touch as a break from the cheesiness of it. also got the ny patty melt and the rye bread was delicious and the patty was cooked perfectly with the caramelized onions… so good ?? only thing was the waiter was standing around doing basically nothing and our water was never refilled so ?

Terrible food, the most over cooked chicken
I have ever had, a dry salad/zero dressing, and somehow the most bland steak that looked like it was under a best light for hours.

A safe space for the solo female business traveler. The layout has great little nooks for a table of one and even the bar area is conducive to enjoying a good vegetarian meal without being put upon (ladies will understand this). Super grateful for this spot in Princeton.

Highly recommend the Asian salad with tofu! It was a great stop for lunch. A little pricey, but worth it for the great atmosphere and great drinks!
