Wood Craft Café & Catering

Wood Craft catered an event at Princeton during reunions and it was fantastic. I had pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and mac n cheese. Fantastic, tasty, tender. I took their card and hope to get my department at work to order from them.

After experiencing Woodcraft’s food at another wedding, it was a no brainer when planning our own wedding that we’d be planning around their availability.
The food was without a doubt the highlight of the evening. Sal provides such a personalized experience from beginning to end. Aside from the delicious food itself, the staff is kind, friendly and professional. Can’t recommend enough!!!

We stopped by Wood Craft Catering new-ish spot in Princeton Point this week. We had some of the brisket, pulled pork and falafel (there is this whipped feta that is omg good). Everything was so fresh and so good! The space is beautiful and there are even games for the kiddos. Thanks Chef Sal for perfect lunch!

Woodcraft and Sal catered our 120 person wedding early June and we could not be happier that we chose them. The food was exactly what we wanted, beyond delicious and our guests were very happy.

The brisket was just incredible. I could have ordered two and skipped all other food at our graduation party. Rave reviews from everyone.

Wood Craft Catering is the talk of the office. Besides the food being incredible, great flavor, fantastic presentation, etc., they were punctual and courteous of our guests and of our building. We’re going to be using their service for future business meetings and would recommend you do the same!

Wood Craft is now providing food service at the 650 College Road café. The food is so fresh and delicious.We invited them to cater an office lunch and the sandwiches were truly the best we've ever ordered out.

Great place to pick up something to eat and not have to drive somewhere. If you are in the area is worth to check them out. Sal is a great chef and host.

The food here is always great, and the staff is extremely friendly! You can tell everything here is made with fresh quality ingredients. I especially like the wide variety of options, and the smoked items! Today was nacho day, and they've hit it out of the park once again!

Can't say enough great things about Wood Craft Cafe, Chef Sal and his team. Right in the heart of all the offices within the Princeton Forrestal complex this is restaurant quality food like you've never seen in an office building cafe! They prioritize using local, farm fresh ingredients and you can really tell. Everything is house made from scratch - the dressings, sauces, soups - they even make their own deli meats. Make sure to try their signature pulled pork sandwich or pita!

Sal and his team catered our wedding last week, and they did a wonderful job. Sal was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, and he handled so many of the details for our wedding day: not only food, but also rentals & alcohol, as well as set-up for both the ceremony site and the reception. Despite being a BBQ caterer, Sal created an entirely vegan menu for us, and he was so receptive to our comments after we did a few tastings. Everyone at the wedding loved the food! Sal was also so comforting and encouraging in the months before the wedding, on a personal level--he kept our spirits up by telling us how excited he was for our big day. Would highly recommend working with Wood Craft!

AMAZING experience with Wood Craft BBQ! From initial contact to day of event clean-up, simply incredible. Owner, Sal, was hands on - from my initial inquiry, to site visit, to food sampling, to being present the day of our event. Respectful, friendly, professional and lightening quick responsive. Incredible knowledge of food, menus, service and off premise set-up. Sal and his entire staff absolutely understand a customer centric business. It's apparent Sal's heart and mind are in it. His staff of 5 were just as respectful, friendly, professional, responsive and delighted to help. Our guests were so impressed. And well taken care of. Our family and friends truly enjoyed the delectable, abundant, fresh and beautifully presented food...and they are still talking about it! And us, the homeowners and hosts, truly enjoyed the event - like we were guests at our own party. That's how attentive Wood Craft is! We are so happy and 100% satisfied with Wood Craft. We would, without any hesitation, use them again and highly recommend to others! Wood Craft catered a graduation party for us for 50 people and it was amazing! The bbq was delicious and the side salads were delicious with a modern spin. Sal was so easy to work with and the delivery was seamless. Everything was setup for us in a beautiful display. My guests were amazed. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Wood Craft BBQ is AMAZING. First of all, Sal was incredible to work with. He was polite, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. He tailored the menu to fit exactly what we wanted. The food is INCREDIBLE. Almost two months later and all of our family and friends are still raving about how amazing the food was! The team was incredible and made the entire night run so smooth! Thank you Sal for such a wonderful experience!
