Woodcraft Catering were absolutely amazing for our small backyard wedding of about 45 people! From the start, Sal came out before the wedding and spent over an hour with us to understand our vision and accommodate all our needs. We we en collaborated on a custom dish just for us.

The brisket was the best I’ve ever had. Every single dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and raved about by our guests. The staff was friendly, professional, and so attentive, making the entire day feel effortless and warm.

We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience. Would definitely Recommend!

Wood Craft catered an event at Princeton during reunions and it was fantastic. I had pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and mac n cheese. Fantastic, tasty, tender. I took their card and hope to get my department at work to order from them.

Good sandwich and hot bar! Nice people, tasty beef brisket, and surprisingly good bread. Go in the lobby and turn right down the hallway.

I had a customer visit in NJ area and I didn't know any good caterer for a lunch visit. I called up and Sal was great. Very personable and offered recommendations. On the day of the visit, the sandwiches and salads - along with the chips, dressing, napkins, and cutlery were all laid out nicely - along with signage! I didn't taste any of the food, but those eating said it was very good and there was none left! I highly recommend Wood Craft for great food quality and excellent service.

Woodcraft catering has been fantastic! The food is aways delicious and fresh. Sal works hard to create custom packages that fit the exact need of their customer. Everything was delivered on time and with professionalism. Can't say enough good things!

Sal and his team are amazing at not only delivering great service but delectable food as well. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I personally love their smoked brisket, cheesesteak, and bao buns. Excellent flavor all around no matter what you eat here.

Wood Craft is Awesome! Sal and his crew are great. The food is amazing and delicious, highly recommend. From my favorite brisket to pasta, Wood Craft never disappoints.

Wood Craft is AMAZING! They catered our wedding in October of 2024. Sal was wonderful to work with. We had several guests plus the bride and groom who had dietary restrictions and Sal made sure everyone had something to eat. It's now almost 3 months later and we are still hearing from people how amazing the food was! In particular, the brisket! As a bride, all I wanted at my wedding was good brisket ( I LOVE brisket). Sal sources this incredible brisket from a farm he has a relationship with and then smokes it for I think 24 hours. It was the only thing we did not get leftovers of to take home. Every last piece went, and we still get everyone telling us how it was the BEST BRISKET they've ever had (and my family is Jewish)! Can't recommend Sal enough and highly highly highly recommend including one of his incredible smoked briskets at your event!

Sal catered our wedding and he was AMAZING. The food was exquisite and his team did a great job getting everything set up. Months later, our friends and family are still telling us how good the food was... especially the brisket (that we went through 40 pounds of). We told him that we had some guests with dietary restrictions and he was great working around them to make sure everyone had something they could enjoy, even preparing a sugar free dessert which is rather uncommon. I cannot recommend Wood Craft enough!

After experiencing Woodcraft’s food at another wedding, it was a no brainer when planning our own wedding that we’d be planning around their availability.
The food was without a doubt the highlight of the evening. Sal provides such a personalized experience from beginning to end. Aside from the delicious food itself, the staff is kind, friendly and professional. Can’t recommend enough!!!

We stopped by Wood Craft Catering new-ish spot in Princeton Point this week. We had some of the brisket, pulled pork and falafel (there is this whipped feta that is omg good). Everything was so fresh and so good! The space is beautiful and there are even games for the kiddos. Thanks Chef Sal for perfect lunch!

Woodcraft and Sal catered our 120 person wedding early June and we could not be happier that we chose them. The food was exactly what we wanted, beyond delicious and our guests were very happy.
