I always get the quesadilla rolls and the chili w/chips and cornbread. Always delicious and made fresh. I’ve been there numerous times and always get my usual because it’s too good! Love the rice pudding empanadas too :)

I asked for an order of tacos ( first they did not have the types of meat I asked for and then they accepted two kinds ) , they gave me flautas dipped in cheese ; They thought that I don't know about Mexican food, I just shut up and now I'll tell you so you don't fall for it; they have no idea of the GOOD FOOD THAT MEXICANS HAVE; waste my money.

The food was great...but thats about it...sadly its not what it used to be..I miss when the O'Connor family owned it thats when it was good. Maybe they just arnt used to be busy anymore but you walk in and all the waiters walking around like chickens with no head took 10 minutes of standing around before someone approached and we were sat. The salsa is amazing. Seems that different waiters kept coming to the tables. Which were super unorganized...they should think about tables for one or two people instead of sitting two people at a 6 person table then when the fanily of 6 walks in they have to wait around. One waiter asked if we wanted dessert when we didn't even have our food yet ? of course the food was good but then our waitress accidently double charged us because she was "distracted" and we are now waiting for the refund which will take a few days...super unorganized next time we will just do delivery cause the food is the only thing going for them

As a latina, growing up eating Mexican food and tex mex food in Brooklyn, I was hoping to find a great replacement in jersey with this restaurant and I was HIGHLY disappointed. The food was soggy, the “tostada” tortilla they use is not even a real tortilla. Even tex mex restaurants still use real tortillas. It’s overpriced for the small amount of food they give. The chicken tacos did not have the greatest flavor and were soggy. They didn’t even use real soft tortillas for a soft taco. They used hard shell tacos that were soggy for soft tacos. We asked for hot sauce and they gave us hot sauce packets that you get from Chinese restaurants. Honestly never ordering from here ever again.

This place offers simple good fresh food, it's not greasy or overly saturated with Tex-Mex flavors and the portions are just right as well as the price. The only reason I gave it a 4, for me it was just a bit too salty but I'll still order from here again.

I don't give out many 5 star reviews. This place earned it. You can tell who ever is back there in the kitchen is back there tasting everything. The food was perfect! It was salted and had amazing flavor! Everything on my plate tasted good! Also the presentation was really nice, my plate was beautiful!

Great food and atmosphere. I love rustic places like this. I got the Mexican garlic shrimp, excellent!! I would highly recommend thus restaurant.
As a mixed latina I’ve tasted way better Mexican food then this I ordered soft tacos and rice my rice was not hot it was salty and warm cold my chicken soft taco was salty my corn tortillas were cold the salsa was somewhat good so to me this food was a 1 out of 10 my husband got beans with his soft tacos beans were salty and cold to me it didn’t taste like real Mexican food
