The place is amazing but they continue to raise prices.
Stew chicken is 25$ and it’s not a huge container in my opinion to be charging that much.
I normally get the oxtail dinner, but my most recent time the oxtail was so small and that dinner alone is 30$ which is understood. But the cut should’ve been bigger . You can get a full bag of about 20 oxtail from Superfresh for the same price.
I will continue to support but the prices are alittle out of term.

My partner and I visited here after she found great reviews.

I ordered the chicken casa pasta and a beef patty. Pasta/sauce was great but I wasn’t a fan of cut up chicken pieces on top of the pasta. I was expecting something else like a chicken breast cut up and that’s my bad for not asking. Can’t blame anyone that’s my preference. For the 30 dollar price I had soooo much pasta but not enough chicken.

The beef patty was really good besides temp! Probably the best I’ve had. Waited about 25 minutes for it to be made fresh while we were waiting for the main dishes to be made to go. When it was brought outside to me the edges were piping hot and the middle was completely cold so I wasn’t sure what was made fresh about it. The taste was like it was handmade though. I was hungry so I tore it up.

She ordered the oxtail meal and really enjoyed hers.

I think I will try something else next time but not the pasta again. Staff was VERY welcoming and friendly so that was no issue at all.

What a great Google Maps find!!!! Stopped by en route to the airport and the lovely lady that took our order also prepared our food. When I first saw my goat roti I was like “OH MY, it’s so BIG” which already had me happy but then I tasted it…..FANTASTIC ❤️. It was beautifully seasoned and wonderfully tender goat in particularly every bite. My wife’s saltfish dinner was super delicious and devoured in no time! Will definitely return when in the area again. Thank you for the wonderful food and service.

We stopped in on our way to the airport and man were we glad we did! We got a goat roti and saltfish with peas and rice, mac n cheese, and plantains. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious, bursting with flavor. Thank you!

Came in here on a Saturday afternoon craving oxtail and was not disappointed. Food was out within 10mins and the service was wonderful. I got the oxtail plate, with meat that fell off the bone, rice and peas perfectly cooked, delicious cabbage and mouth water sweet plantains (my fave!) Thank you for making this Caribbean girl happy with your wonderful service and food!

When you walk into this spot, you can feel (and smell) the authenticity right away. My fiancé and I were greeted by Marley, who told us that he was filling in for his mom, whom he had told to take a couple of days off to rest. I ordered a sampler platter that included jerk chicken, oxtails, rice and peas, and their mac & cheese. The wait time was about 40 minutes, but it was worth it because when we got the food home and ate, we devoured three-quarters of the platter in one sitting. Everything was really flavorful and cooked to perfection. If you're in the area and craving some Caribbean cuisine, I highly recommend visiting Casamon.

Food was perfect my girls wanted to try jamaican jerk chicken rice and bean And rasta pasta. I google this place and ms Valarie did not disappoint us with the food everything was just right..taste ,seasoning,flavor was all there. Definitely will be back to eat from here.the drive was worth it ..

Mom is in the kitchen throwing down , very friendly environment with a family atmosphere feel around the store. They have the best beef patties and empanada's in union county NJ. My favorite is the jerk shrimp empanadas they are freshly made and delicious! If you’re ever in union county don’t be afraid to visit truly a great spot !

Ordered here for the first time through DoorDash and it won’t be the last! The food was 10/10 delicious, extremely flavorful and the portions were very generous. The packaging was very secure, everything was sealed or stapled shut which is very important when using food delivery services. I’m very impressed and looking forward to trying other menu items.

I have been meaning to try out this place for months and finally had the chance today. I ordered the sampler platter that came with jerk chicken, oxtail, and salmon with rice and peas, mac and cheese, and a cabbage slaw. It was my first time trying oxtail (8.7/10) and I was impressed! The meat was tender and juicy. The salmon (6.5/10) was good, albeit a bit dry. The jerk chicken (8/10) was juicy and tasty! The mac and cheese (8.5/10) was soft but flavorful. The rice (7.8/10) was seasoned well and tasted good! i’m not a cabbage fan personally but the cabbage slaw (6.7/10) was seasoned well. I typically prefer mine cooked down a bit more but it was a good contrast with the rice. Lastly, I had a passionfruit juice (8.9/10) which was sweet, refreshing with the right hint of sourness.
The service was quick and pleasant! The lady at the front was nice and had my order ready in a decent amount of time.
It’s a cute family owned business and although they don’t have a large space, the food is great. It’s a bit pricy budget wise for one person but I did order the sampler and it did come with a hefty amount of food so I believe the price was fair. I will definitely be back for more!

I had the stuff salmon with crab meat. OMG!!!! But t was delicious. Mac and cheese was on point, as well as the rice and peas. I had enough for the next day. Don’t sleep on Casamon Caribbean!!!!!
