Today we were at the place as a family because this place was recommended to us, 9 people came to the place, everything was very delicious, the attention of the employees was very good, the food was very delicious, until a lady arrived who is like the owner, not like it. I know, the only thing I know is that since he arrived he did not stop scolding his employee Oscar until I learned his name from all the times he scolded him, it made the family atmosphere come to an end since our attention was focused on said discussions of Madam, employees are corrected in private and as owners they must maintain humility. And also make us as clients feel comfortable because it is good money that we spend in this business. I hope this situation changes so I can have a next visit and recommend to more people.

I think it's a very nice place and the lunch is very tasty, but today there was a lady in a blue shirt, perhaps she was the manager, with a very bad way of serving the public, rude and contemptuous. It is very unfortunate that any comment that could be a contribution to improve, the company justifies it and does not realize that the complaint directly affects customer service since obviously I understand the establishment's policies but I do not understand the poor service.
