Ordered on DoorDash, my driver went through all of Union County before picking up my food… when food arrived everything was still hot. Food was good, nothing too spectacular. Chicken quality could definitely be better you get those little baby wings that are all deformed, satisfying for the price though.

I ordered the salmon platter, with mac and cheese and yams. Also came with yellow rice, which I would have opted out of, if I had known.
Salmon was the most flavorful thing in the platter. Mac and cheese was just not it. No flavor. The yams? Never had yams that did not have flavor, ever. And the rice was goya. They could’ve kept that.
5 stars for presentation 0 stars for flavor, sorry.
Please put some seasoning in the food, so people aren’t wasting $25+ for a bland, tasteless meal.

Presentation wasn’t bad but looks are deceiving! I was so excited to try out this spot. On instagram the food looks amazing and the reviews were good so I thought I was making a good choice. WRONG! The shrimp was old, dry, and tasted like it was cooked in old greasy. The fries were edible, but when I say I couldn’t get through it, money wasted. Maybe I would’ve gotten a better plate if I walked in and ordered but this was extremely disappointing.

This is a real review and I'm currently pressing criminal charges against this place. Do not forget your phone at this establishment. They’ll take it and smash it and throw it out in the bushes out front. Even though your phones live location says it's at store. They're just going to lie and say it's not there. We called multiple times, within 30 minutes of leaving. We thought they would have the decency to respect our property and hold onto it. If you ask for the camera footage, they're going to say the cameras delete their footage at the end of the day. That alone is very suspicious, I've never heard of a business deleting their footage after every night. Most of my friends and family members are all business owners.
In 2025 when a police officer asks for the previous days footage, and you say its been deleted, that is weird. I'm reporting this business and filing criminal charges.
If you, the owners, have any questions, comments or concerns please contact Rahway Police Department. We are sending all of the live location data of the phone to the Police Department on Friday morning 07/18/2025. We're also taking it up with our lawyers, pro bono.
P.S. You're store uses cameras from the brand Wyze, I also do too. Footage doesn't randomly disappear after a day, Wyze keeps weeks and months of records. We know, because we use them too. You can solve this by Friday, contact myself. We called you the other night (owner). Wyze always complies with our proud brothers in blue and law enforcement.

Two words... CONSISTENTLY DELICIOUS!!! Within two weeks I've returned five times. Portions are generous. Well seasoned food, far from bland. Staff is friendly and helpful. The catfish and shrimp are my favorite. Yams are on point, too. Hurry up and order!

I visited this seafood restaurant with friends an hour before closing, expecting at least a basic level of hospitality. Unfortunately, we were not greeted upon arrival, and the staff seemed noticeably uninterested in serving us. When we attempted to place an order, we were told they had run out of key items—including all pasta dishes, lobster, and even the specials.
It’s extremely disappointing that a restaurant could be out of so many staple menu items with a full hour left in operating hours. It felt less like an honest shortage and more like a staff that simply didn’t want to put in the effort toward the end of their shift.
We came in excited to enjoy a meal together, but instead left feeling unwelcome and dismissed. I hope management addresses this lack of professionalism and preparation—it reflects poorly on what could otherwise be a reputable establishment.
