The absolutely RUDEST. If I weren’t here for a class reunion social, I’d never come here. Nothing different than the last time I tried to patronize; some places just have an atmosphere of unwelcome.
So I’ll keep my money in my pocket and socialize and sit at the bar taking up a seat. I hate it here… they definitely never have to worry about me again.

I had high expectations but unfortunately I was disappointed. This is the most disgusting Cuban food I have ever eaten.
The rice was extremely salty, steak was chewy.
The service was terrible. The ambiance felt like I was sitting at a funeral. Terrible food and total silence.
If I could give it a 0 I would.

My wife and I went Friday at 7:30 and the room we ate in was practically empty, which made me wonder why we didn’t get quicker service. The server was nice, but slow. The food was amazing!! I had Paella and the portion was huge! Easily enough for two and then some!! Wife had shrimp in garlic sauce and that was also delicious and a good amount of shrimp. I wanted to give my compliments to the chef, but when they took the check (paid in cash) no one ever came back! I will definitely visit again, but probably won’t be as generous with a tip.
Parking: You might get lucky and find street parking, but there is a parking lot across the street.

However when we came home one of the girls was double charged.Despite is each tipping the waitress $10 we were each charged with an gratuity for large parties. Again we were a party of three. Since that time my two friends have tried to reach out to different management staff no one has returned the calls or has tried to assist. For this reason I do not recommend this establishment despite their amazing food

From waiting almost 45 mins for drinks (all sodas) they were all flat and horrible taste. Then it took the waitress almost 35 to come back for us to place our orders. We understand that a group of 20 might be a lot for any restaurant so we come with patience and calmness. While we wait for almost another 40 mins for our food it was absolutely HORRIBLE. The rice was from the bottom of the pot and SUPER cold. The food had no type of flavor or seasoning. As the night couldn’t get any worse. The waitress absolutely forgot my meal in which she said it was my FAULT because we mixed orders which was not accurate at all. Once of course we got the bill it was about $800 for cold no seasoning food and again no alcohol involved which I thought was insane as 4 ppl didn’t even eat meals. I will say I’m completely disappointed and will never return back after coming here a few times with big groups. It’s not about the money but quality of what you’re paying for.

Our waiter was kind and professional however the water they provided tasted like pool water with a lemon in it and the empanadas were greasy/watery definitely not seasoned traditionally. The oil they fried the empanadas in had an old oil aftertaste. Down to the sauces they provided, everything we ate here was underwhelming, unfortunately. I really wanted to enjoy this place.

It took 53 minutes to get our food out. We asked for the check because we wanted to leave and they didn’t bring the check. I asked to speak to a manager , they brought the food out and it looked like it was sitting in the heat lamp for a long time. So dissatisfied , still didn’t get to speak to a manager. Do no recommend this place at all. The music and taste of food is good but after this experience I’m never coming back.
