Dairy Queen (Treat Only)

The service is great and I always enjoy what I order. Friendly staff and the owner is very pleasant. I go before the crowds so I’m in and out. Would recommend to friends and family.

Kind of annoyed. Thankfully I called ahead because their menu on Google says they make funnel cake, but when I called they said they don't. I only called because while it's on Google, the door dash pick up menu does not have it. I was in the mood for funnel cake with ice cream on top. The Plainfield location also says they have it and there's a pic but apparently DQ discontinued this a while ago, however they need to change their menu b/c if I had driven there based on their menu I'd be even more annoyed. I haven't been here in a long time, but one time I went for an Orange Julius and they made it so wrong. Not good experiences here sadly. Please fix your menu and online pics.

My experience was great, the vanilla ice cream cone covered in chocolate was finger-licking good, I recommend you visit this place.

RUDE
Nowhere is it posted that one line is for borders and one for picking up. When rudely told to go to other one after waiting several customers.

When I politely told them it’s not posted they just ignored me.

Pretty standard experience for Dairy Queen—nothing out of the ordinary. The service was fine and the place was clean. However, I was really let down by the banana float. It was below average and just didn’t hit the spot like I expected. Definitely disappointing since it’s usually a go-to treat for me.

Summer means trip to Dairy Queen. Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake 10/10 Ask for no lid so they’ll give you more. See photo!

Love DQ! Been coming here since I was a kid and this particular DQ is pretty good! Customer service is good and the treats are delicious 😋

One of the worst diary queen I’ve ever visited my self. The cashier or whoever was taking order was extremely slow with no care in the world I had to wait 30 min to get my order in when there was only 2 people in front of me

Went to Dairy Queen today and I am so pleased how we were treated. I ordered something special and I’m sooo picky!! The girls were patient with me and never got upset when I asked for something unique. They talked to my daughter (who is young) and didn’t know what she wanted to order. They helped her choose and my daughter finished the whole thing. Thank you for being sweet and patient with us and making suggestions. We will totally be returning and bring more of the family.
