This Dunkin is a big disappointment. 9 out of 10 times, my order/coffee has been incorrect. The incompetence is mind boggling. Not to mention, the parking lot is a disaster at peak times. People are not able to get out of their parking spots because of the drive thru line. But, ultimately, it is the fact that my orders are consistently incorrect that is the biggest issue. How can you get something wrong that many times? I will not be going back to this Dunkin Donuts now.

Please, for a laugh, call the Rahway, NJ location. I'm trying to place an order for my company event and these ladies don't get it. I told them I was having 25 people and what would they recommend. The response of 2 dz pastries and 2 boxes of Joe was comical, but she was serious. So I asked, ma'am how many cups of coffee in the box of Joe? She says 10. But ma'am I have 25 people, yes you need to boxes, but thats only 20 cups.... Worst experience ever!!

Beautiful store but they burn every single sandwich I order from this location. They’re just horrible cooks. I literally live around the corner and if I want Dunkin I’ll go to the one in iselin on green street (they always make it right and are so friendly and nice) or just walk to the 7-11 down the street instead for a quick cup of coffee.

This is the best Dunkin. I go there every morning, they know my car, my name, and even my exact coffee order. The inside is an internet cafe, so convenient for me, the bathrooms are always clean. Very nice people, clean eating area, safe, great setup to sit and use your laptop. They even have charging stations.
I wish they would ask if you are in the rewards program, because I forget to give them my phone to scan my barcode.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Horrible. Manager disrespectful. food cold. Staff rude. Theres this one girl employee with glasses who always has a high ponytail on who is rude all the time. Always to busy talking to customers and not helping customers.

Simple order of two hot latte coffees.. Clear instructions given to add sugar & oat milk. They messed it up. Just forgot to add the sugar.. on top of that, the coffee was not hot/ warm enough. Ordered at drive through as was in a hurry.. ended up having cold latte without sugar.. bad experience indeed!

i love this dunkin’ donuts, it’s closest to where i live, and the employees are really nice, they don’t have attitude or anything, there was this really nice employee, i didn’t get her name, but she was really pretty and kind, and the service was on point, the food is also really good! the only think i don’t really like about it is that you can’t dine in anymore which is pretty sad, but overall it’s an amazing place!!
