I went to the drive through before work. I ordered a bacon egg a cheese bagel and hash browns. When I got to work I got a bagel with cream cheese. This is not what I ordered. Please train your staff on proper food prep.

So there is a line to the doors, and look at all these tickets I don’t know if this is a staffing issue but this is not the first time it’s been like this. There’s one women slowly working the counter and no one else to be found. I’ve been waiting for 20 mins

Go to the one by rt 1 it’s much better. This location makes milky lattes, has put regular milk in matcha when I explicitly ask for oat, never gives straws, long wait time.

This Dunkin is a big disappointment. 9 out of 10 times, my order/coffee has been incorrect. The incompetence is mind boggling. Not to mention, the parking lot is a disaster at peak times. People are not able to get out of their parking spots because of the drive thru line. But, ultimately, it is the fact that my orders are consistently incorrect that is the biggest issue. How can you get something wrong that many times? I will not be going back to this Dunkin Donuts now.

Please, for a laugh, call the Rahway, NJ location. I'm trying to place an order for my company event and these ladies don't get it. I told them I was having 25 people and what would they recommend. The response of 2 dz pastries and 2 boxes of Joe was comical, but she was serious. So I asked, ma'am how many cups of coffee in the box of Joe? She says 10. But ma'am I have 25 people, yes you need to boxes, but thats only 20 cups.... Worst experience ever!!
