Very nice ppl, plus i dropped my phone and they saved it for me luckily !! I would of went nuts with it my phone!! So i really apretiate them, not the dunkin- but the gas station-!! Thanku guys SO MUCH!!❤️❤️❤️

Watch out for bitter coffee. I would give them I zero. I’ve been trying to give this place a change but I can’t anymore. I’ve been here about 5-6 times and ever time the coffee is bitter. When I complain they ask me if I want more creamer and sugar. I’m like no clean your machines plz. I just want a clean and fresh tasting cup of coffee. This time was that last straw! I was in the drive through and They take my cup twice back into the store . Both times I said the coffee tasted bitter. The window staff looked annoyed that I wanted them to fix it. They added creamer and I left half way through my cup the bitter taste came back. They have swindled me for the last time. I truly believe they never changed my coffee. To add insult to injury my food was cold. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. I know that the staff doesn’t care if I come back or not but I hope some customers read this better they spend their money here.

The young man working was very friendly. He asked the woman to give me extra cream cheese and she got very nasty with him. Telling him you need to wait but it was not said nicely. You should never talk down to your employees or be nasty to them especially in front of guests. Be kind

I placed an $80 mobile order. When I went to pick it up, store was closed. In fact, I went almost 90 mins after my mobile order was due & it still wasn’t ready. I’ll visit another DD in the future.

I drove all over the tri-state area for a living and this is hands-down the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever encountered. The place is filthy. There are flies everywhere. Every time I stop in there they claim the espresso machine is not working. I know it’s because The afternoon lady is too lazy to make drinks she is always on her phone and takes at least five minutes to notice you . Their regular coffee tastes like old dishwater. I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years but it’s time to stop. the health department needs to be called in.

I would give Dunkin’ Donuts a zero if I could . And not the gas station they give excellent service .The short girl who works here is rude, nasty , takes her precious time doing people orders and have the audacity to scream at my dad and tell him have patience…. Many customers walk out due to her lack of understanding time I worked in customer service before and it doesn’t take long to accept orders on Uber eats and take customers in front of you .. Either train her how to talk to customers or the streets will and it won’t be me …
