I thought it would be nice but the employees are on ther phones, the service takes too long for something so short. The tables are not clean. The food wasn't great either. But at least I got my food but it could have been better.

I would leave a zero star if possible. I went to the drive thru and was asked what I wanted I told them my order and nobody responding asks if anyone was there and I was left with no response. I drove up to the window and sat waiting for 5 mins nobody showed their face or even attempted to come to the window. This is terrible service. Don’t come here.

I came to this location at 7:20pm on 12/10/2024 all the lights inside the building was on all the doors are locked and there is nobody anywhere to be found.
I googled the store and it says that I’m still within business hours.
I don’t know what is going on here at this location a supervisor needs to look into this.

I would rather drive 5 hours for a coffee then to stop here lady said that they don’t except cupons lol I said what cupons it’s a Dunkin app with actual money that I spend every day but the snotyness and the way they talk is unbelievable the order is never right and not even busy

Ordered an iced coffee and it was watery! I find that a few DDs do this to save themselves money. And this location is $.40 higher per cup than other locations.

If you want to go somewhere for good drink this location is the place to go. However the food, I recommend that you skip. I had a few innocents where they didn’t give me fresh donuts or hash browns but today was the icing on top. I ordered a 10 pumpkin munchkins because they are super delicious, however I received them burnt and old. They even added a napkin over it to hide the monstrosity that they were giving me. Now I lost money and I’m disappointed because I was really looking forward to having my macchiato/ munchkin combo. I would have purchased this combo every morning until the pumpkin spice flavored items are gone because I enjoyed that much. I probably won’t be there again but if I do, I know to ONLY GET A DRINK.

I went in for an iced tea with lemonade first off they charged me $2 more than every other Dunkin normally when I go to Dunkin it's $3.40 then I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese everything bagel toasted with cream cheese I got a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese when I went back and told them that I got to barely toasted everything bagel with cream cheese not to mention I waited almost a half an hour to be at this unhappy
