Messed up my order. Was told a new order will be sent in 40 minutes. Over two hours later I called to for an update and they’re out of the menu item and “forgot” to call. Wasted money for terrible service

I bought food at Hugos on Tuesday and I ordered grilled chicken and rice and potatoes and one of my children got an allergy. Check carefully how the food is now I'm in the hospital for an allergy to this food

great food. But the service sucks. dine in is OK as a American standard service is not good .We orders few times because food is good. But. also delivery Orders are not in time . they make you wait and .Even delivery is slow and they charge you 5 extra ..delivery . And pick up is slow bad attitude .
