i feel like some of y’all be lying in these reviews, because i’ve been coming here since i was little, and now i’m old enough to come and eat here with my friends. i’ve never had a problem with the people or the food. this is by far one of the best restaurants ever

This is hands down one of the best local spots around. I’ve been coming here with my family for years, and the food never disappoints. The dishes are always fresh and made with care. The service is always efficient. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out. Five stars, no question.

Messed up my order. Was told a new order will be sent in 40 minutes. Over two hours later I called to for an update and they’re out of the menu item and “forgot” to call. Wasted money for terrible service

I bought food at Hugos on Tuesday and I ordered grilled chicken and rice and potatoes and one of my children got an allergy. Check carefully how the food is now I'm in the hospital for an allergy to this food
