I've been meaning to write this review for a while. I like juice hub and have been ordering juices and smoothies for over a year however I cannot give this establishment a 5 star. Myself and my husband order from here constantly ( around 3 times a week) and when we order the Sunrise juice 50 percent of the time we get it and it's a green juice ( instead of what its suppose to be which is a yellow color). So because they juiced a green juice prior to our order im guessing they dont clean the machine and so we get residual of that previous green juice order which changes the taste of our juice and makes our juice a green color. I just think for the amount we are paying for the juices at this establishment we should have the juice we are paying for. NOT residual green juice from an uncleaned juicer mixed with our juice. It would be great if the owner can address this issue.

I was recently diagnosed with a chronic disease, and was introduced to juicing. Visited the juice hub and met the manager Madyson. She was a great help introducing me to all the amazing juices, smoothies, shots, fuit bowls, over night oats, you name! I'm hooked and I place my order every week. The manager makes sure that I have all the nutrients that I need to stay healthy. Thank you Madyson and Juice Hub!
I visited on 10/12 which was a Saturday morning and was blown away by Lexi's outstanding customer service! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me choose the perfect smoothie. Her enthusiasm and knowledge for the menu made the experience even more enjoyable, and what she chose for me was amazing , so fresh. The items i bought I was very satisfied with but Lexi’s warm personality that truly made my visit special. I will be back!

Horrible customer service, I drove 30 minutes to support this business! Only to arrive and be told that they close at 4. Goggle says they close at 5PM. The door was not locked nor was fruit or other items put away. The young lady advised me that she already closed the register and could not assist. As a business owner I expected to be accommodated in some way being that it was not my fault that they failed to update business hours on google! Instead me and the young lady had a stare off lol. As I was leaving another customer walked in, he was told the same thing. I would not recommend wasting your money and time on a business who cares nothing about their customers! The owner needs to be more hands on with training their staff. It was unacceptable to turn 2 customers around for your mistake!

Placed an order through Uber eats, a employee contacted me and stated that they could not fulfill the order since they were having issues with the juicer I completely understood and understand it is of no fault of the employee. They stated the manager would handle the order cancellation an hour later the order was still pending I called back twice to confirm they would cancel it so I would not be charged. On the second attempt the employee told me she would connect me to the manager, the manager stated they would not be talking to me and to write an email or contact Uber eats myself for a refund.

WOOW! The açaà bowl is disgusting. I’ve never had one that tasted soo bad. I thought I was exaggerating until I had my mom try it. Waste of money!! Tbh, their smoothies and shots are pretty good… but don’t bother getting their açaà bowl.
