I have tried this place twice in the past month, and I am sorry I did. I went through the drive-thru and was told there was a 45-minute wait for chicken. What the heck, this is what you sell! The second time I went, the chicken tasted old and was undercooked. It was pink and rubbery. I will never go there again.

Not trying to be rude but we come here maybe a few times a month during lunch breaks. The wait is unbelievable, 35 min just for 2 meals. Then they get the order wrong and get mad at us because they’re busy. We can deal with a little rudeness, it is what it is. They need to either hire more people or figure it out. Think we are going to find a new chicken place in the area.

KFC sells chicken so you know what you’re getting. However, when you’re spending your money food from any place whether it be fine dining or fast food, you have an expectation of receiving a full hot meal. This place does not do that. In fact, if you mention it to the staff that there are missing items, it’s almost as if you’re disrupting their day, when you just want what you ordered. I would just recommend you get it somewhere else.

Ordered ahead on app
They told me to drive sound front someone will bring out my food on the speaker
I watched a worker bring it to the wrong car
When I asked her if she gave my food to the wrong person she denied it
Told me I would have to wait 20 minutes for chicken
I asked if refund is possible? She said no, so I said what are my options then I’ll wait

30 minutes goes by and multiple cars served at drive thru

Had to go inside and confront them about situation for such a simple order (8 pieces of chicken dark meat Tuesday special)

Took literally a half hour for a $10 order

The are either lazy, lack structure or can’t handle the rush of orders or a little of all of the above

The worst part about this is that the employee lied to me over something so trivial, like why ?? Just remake the order don’t give me a hard time and lie

Also parking lot is a mess, bad pavement huge holes

I will never return to this location

Waited 45 mins for 8 tenders and a pot pie. I ordered on the app and waited and waited and waited. The food was good, and they got the 2 things correct and they did apologize and respect the patience but there needs to be some type of organization there. Especially on a Wednesday night and especially for someone who ordered ahead on the app. I normally don’t complain but it was very ridiculous.
