I came in around 730 pm and ordered my sandwiches . I eat from there because they use boars head meat...so the meat looked funny so I asked if it was boars head she said no it's Carolina or something I never heard of then said you don't have to take it you can get something thing else. O then told her I wanted something else she walked away and never tried to make it right......got home it was disgusting the bread was hard I threw 45 00 in the garbage . ...never going back

Today we ordered 8 subs from Mr Subs and as usual I call to verify the order which was a 100.00, spoke to a guy asked to switch the sprite for a Gingerale, he says we can no longer do this, my response was please put Gingerale on the selection. Then I told him about the 8 sandwiches. The delivery came and we were missing a Tuna, called and spoke to a lady who was very rude and said we can come in and get it, if that was the case we would not have ordered through Uber Eats. Very poor customer service. and all had lunch except the one lady because they forgot her sandwhich, mine you this is the 2nd time it happened. Everythime Aleeya is out they mess up.

I ordered a whole tuna sub, and luckily i decided not to share with my toddler because there were BONES in my Tuna! Found out the hard way by choking them up.. Definitely extremely unexpected and will not be purchasing in the future.. I loved mr subs but after this I don’t feel comfortable eating from here again..

Good Evening Mr.Subs 3 I'm a Regular satisfied Customer at Mr.Subs and it very surprising to see that they were open on July 4 but very disappointed ? when I ask, did they get paid time 1/2 for working today because I know it's a major holiday and we all have family we could be with. Ever since those young boys started working there the subs aren’t ask thick like they use to be & the meat be sliced too thick, what happen to the ladies lol, still good but I like my subs a certain way

It was just ok. Only 4 slices of small tomato on a 16" sub The bread was very soft and airy like Wonderbread. Their Sub pic shown looks NOTHING Like what you get.
