Piece of Cake's tartufo is ~7 oz and can be cut into two or four pieces. Tartufo has vanilla and chocolate ice creams fused together with cherry and toasted almonds in the middle. We would dare to say that it is unlike any tartufo you have tasted before.

I tried some delicious gelato at a local restaurant and the bartender let it slip that the source was Piece of Cake in Rahway. The storefront setup is a little different as it is behind a house that has a red sign lit up when it is open. Walk down the path to the back and you will be met by friendly staff who are quick to provide recommendations. I am not the type to ask for samples, but the two times I’ve been there they just appear with something delicious while you are waiting...
