The place is not bad, employers are good, but they forgot to serve me 2 more boxes of BBQ Wings, I understand if it was just a small portion of food but it's 2 BOXES, I was driving to my grandparents house in New York and I didn't check the bag which was a big mistake, in my receipt are 12 pieces of BBQ wings was count but I didn't get them and I do pay for them, and when I write to customer service, they just propose me 5 dollars coupon or refund but it's low chance that I gonna get it because some of the Popeyes restaurants can decline refund, I wasa big fan of Popeyes restaurants but now I'm not going to continue to purchase in Popeyes any more, ⚠️AND I WANT TO TELL ALL YOU PEOPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT.⚠️

Tried take out twice but couldn’t understand the young woman speaking. Her English was very poor. I drove away.
All around this location is horrible. Other locations great. Very nasty management super stingy with giving out sauce. Seems like they're very selective on who get good service based on their reviews. Need new management asap. Wanted to pay extra for dipping sauce for a large order dried chicken.

I stopped by for a quick bite to eat before I headed back to NY; The cashier was very friendly, and my order was prepared in no time at all. I’m definitely going to stop by again when the opportunity presents itself.

I can never give fast food a 5 on food. It's personal. However, of all the chicken joints I've tried this is among the best. The chicken sandwich will always be chic-fil-a, but this place has the chicken pieces locked down. We got the 16 piece meal with half spicy, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and red beans and rice. The slaw was basic. The red beans and rice were absolutely amazing. I'd go there again just for those. The gravy for the taters is deliciously different than other places that all seem to have the same gravy. The service was respectable. It took less time than the cashier said. Everything was exactly as we ordered. The place was clean and comfortable to wait in. The only bad thing I can say is they were out of a lot of the soda choices.

Dangerously salty. That amount of salt is unhealthy for anyone of any age. Please, be careful consuming this food. I can only imagine the number of people with headaches after eating this food. Popeyes is salty, but I don't recall it being that salty.

The staff were cold and unwelcoming. Management looked like they treated the staff terribly. They all seemed like they didn't want to be there. I go to the one in Union, Jersey City, Hillside, and Roselle. All of those are welcoming and cheerful. I love Popeyes. This place is a disappointing experience. I'll never go back there. Even the food wasn't that good.
