Beware of falling in love with a cat here, it probably won't work out. They decided, for some arbitrary reason, that they did not like us and lied to us about a cat needing to be adopted with a companion. This cat was later shown adopted without the companion on their social media page. We had a cat for 14 years who we cared well for, had vet records and references, and even nursed through illnesses in the last couple of years. It did not matter. And they won't tell you why, and will blame it on their Adoption Facilitator - Angel Paws - who will blame it on Kitty Hall.
This is an unethical place using unethical and arbitrary adoption practices.

The kitty hall allows u to meet so many cute cats, and has cool seating space and lots of toys to play around with them. Although i do think that they are a bit overpriced, with $10 per person for u to just enter and interact with the kitties.

Very cute place to visit some sweet kitties. They have both adult cats and kittens to interact with. Most of the adult cats are pretty chill and laid back. The kittens are more energetic and playful. Very reasonably priced.

There are so many lovely kitties to adopt. All you need is 10 bucks!!! Then you can pet the cats and play with them!! :) The people who run it are absolutely lovely.

The front door was locked upon arrival. Arriving 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment we waited outside as we were told staff needed time for cleaning. The woman working the front desk was ill-mannered and hostile and left us standing in the cold. After she unlocked the door and let us enter for our appointment there was a powerful unpleasant ammonia scent. It smelled horrific. The front office was very small and disorganized. After signing a waver we were instructed to take off our footwear upon entrance to the cat room and place booties over our socks. I did not feel comfortable to walk around without shoes. The cat room had benches and couches to sit on however I felt more comfortable standing throughout the experience. There was a great deal of cat hair on all the cushions and blankets. I understand cats shed however this business was simply uncleanly. The cats were playful and cute but I will not be returning or recommending this business to others. What a CATastrophe!

The cats are wonderful and the kids had a lovely time with them. Would have been a perfect visit if not for the way we were treated at the front desk. The lady (maybe she was having an off day) was brash with instructions and while I understand the rules they have to follow. Her tone and manner could've been a bit friendlier with our group. There's always a way of saying things without being rude.

The first time I went, the place must have been deep cleaned prior to its news segment because when I went yesterday the smell of feces was overwhelming. Had we not been meeting friends there, we would have left. Aside from that, the cats were very sweet and all of the visitors gave each other space to enjoy.
