This spot is normally great. Last meal, however, one of my family members' meal was forgotten, and eventually came out cold -- about 30 minutes after the rest of the meals came out. Only three tostones were eaten from the plate, since the meal was ruined and their appetite was gone. The restaurant took the meal off the bill, but charged for a side of tostones. Nonsense imo.
The food is amazing here. Staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely get your money worth. Portions can feed two to three people. This has become a new favorite of mine. It can get busy, especially the weekends so call ahead to make sure they have a table available if you plan on dining in. Parking can be also be a little challenging.

Yerit was great, attentive and being that it was the weekend, service was good. The food, drinks were very good. It was our second time visiting and still I'll rate it 5 stars.
The whole staff was GREAT!! Vanessa our waitress was very courteous and accommodating!! The Ceviche was delicious and all the food portions were so appropriate and the price was just right!
Ordered the tallarin saltado con camarones and it was delicious. The counter for take-out was a little hectic; I thought maybe I'd be given someone else's food but there were no issues. I'll definitely try to come back the next time I'm in NuJerz!
