I hosted my book signing event on 7/26/25 in the lounge and I was thoroughly pleased by the way Melissa (Supervisor) took care of me and my guests. Risheda had been taking great care of me during the planning stage. I am thankful for Mark's flexibility when setting up the space to my liking. I would definitely have another event there. Thank you for making my experience seamless.

Ray and Mark are awesome! I’ve done a few events there and they’ve been very easy to work with and helpful throughout the event. Whether it’s adjusting tables, moving timelines or refilling food from the buffet, they’re on top of it. The venue is cute and affordable too. Highly recommend doing events there!

Good service but they changed the 20% tip I wrote down to a 50%+ tip when they entered it. Be careful and check the charges on your room and/or credit card. Front desk investigated it and changed it after I messaged them.

I genuinely enjoyed my time at the lounge this weekend. The food was delicious, the service was prompt, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our graduation party was not just a success but a memorable experience that I'm sure we'll be talking about years to come. Ray, Kef, and the bartenders in particular helped to make the evening special. Keep up the great work!

Truffle fries barely had any truffle oil in them. I literally tasted the truffle only in one fry. They got rid of happy hour. The bartender was a little weird - showed us perfectly good mint and said he wants to throw it away after my friend asked for a mojito. The vibes and the atmosphere of the place is wonderful though.

I just came from the lounge where John, the food and beverage manager did a huge injustice to your brand.
We got here from Manhattan at 9pm. After a long, chilly day, all we wanted was a little dessert and some jazz. I ordered from John promptly and actually ordered the dessert first because I have 2 kids that need to get to bed for a college basketball game in the morning. At 9:30, 30 minutes after ordering, we started inquiring about our dessert. To which, John’s partner kind of nodded. What does that even mean?
At 9:45, we went up to inquire again. He finally came around to our table ( John’s partner) and said it’ll be another 10 minutes. If we hadn’t already waited 40 minutes, I would’ve cancelled the order.
Finally at 10pm, I went to the front desk to ask if I could speak to a manager.
None present, as John is the food and beverage manager. At this point, his partner is getting the mop bucket ready, but still no cookies and ice cream. How long does that take to prepare?
Two minutes at best?????
I come back to this hotel for the location, bar and cleanliness. This will be my very last time.
John- you suck so much at customer service.
You just lost a customer with kid in school here.
As a service industry gal- I would be so mortified if I kept a part of 5 waiting an hour for one dessert!
Time to go back to basics John!
Unapologetically,
Amie

I went yesterday first time and I was amazed with the place, but also with the bartender, I think her name is Victoria. She was working by herself with a lot of costumers and even that she was so attentive with all of us! Of course, I am coming back!!! 100% spot.

It is a nice place with a place to hang out and some days there is music and get a bite to eat. The crew which consists of the front desk, bartenders, kitchen and others are very cordial and do their best to accommodate you. The drinks are great as well and a good selection.

Vegetarian options: Very limited choices, but I guess with many requests they will add to the menu.

Parking: No valet service but lots of parking in the deck.

This place is not necessarily in the best location, but the personality of the staff drives people to come here Mr. Maple, and his team John, Victoria, Bruno and the Chef Jay bring this place to life.

Highly recommended for an overall well round spot. Rooms clean and well appointed. Rooftop deck very nice. They have games if you want them as well as a grill there that I imagine they use during events.

The lounge was fantastic, the bar was nice and the bartender was attentive. Food great.
Highly accessible, train station across the street. Lots of good food choices around as well as anything else you would need.
Only minus for me is after you've paid your nightly rate you still have to $14 for parking. Really?!
Otherwise highly recommend.
