The drive-thru cashier was immensely rude, cutting me off and getting my order consistently wrong and was mad and loud when I tried to correct her..

Order was taken down incorrectly . Drive thru workers were rude and sassy. I hope meal decently was made at LEAST!
My experience at this Wendy’s was very disappointing. The lady taking orders at the drive-thru speaker was extremely rude and impatient while we were placing our order. When we pulled up to the next window, there was no sauce for the nuggets and no ketchup in the bag. When we mentioned it, we were told we had to pay extra—even though the sauces were never given to us in the first place. We also let her know how rude the speaker lady had been, and she simply replied that “she’s like that.” Overall, it was a terrible experience, and the customer service definitely needs improvement.

I’m not sure why but for some reason EVERY TIME I go through the drive through they get my order WRONG!! I spent $35 just to get home and all of my burgers has no cheese, 2 baconators and 1 Junior Bacon CHEESE burger…. They either dont follow directions or short me, it just never fails.

There where almost no drinks available the staff is rude I suggest going to another Wendy's food was good but due to rude staff will not be coming back to this wendys

The atmosphere was not overwhelming.
I walk into Wendy's about 6:00 Saturday Sept 20th the girl at the register was chatting and giggling with somebody so it took a few minutes to get her attention. Then as I'm trying to order there was a brief power outage for something and I have to wait a few minutes to be able to order something that ld have done already if the girl was at the register in the first place
As I waited over 10 minutes for a simple cheeseburger, the girl spent at least 5 minutes trying to ring up to the next customer she kept scanning things, while a long line was forming two separate people gave up and left but none of the workers saw that because everybody was giggling behind the register

Employees need training. Never again will I attempt to order from this establishment.
