Walked in at 8pm to order in person and the workers ignored us. We stood there for 8 minutes, where two people saw us (one asked if we were picking up, the other was coming back from a bathroom break) and and no one came back to take our order. I said “hello?” a few times and heard a worker say “they’re saying hello”. after waiting another 2 minutes, I left. As I got in the car to order from a different location, I watched three cars pull up, walk in and quickly get their pickup orders. Of course, that made me more mad. It’s upsetting because the food is good but I’d rather spend my money at a place where customer service isn’t bad.

It seems the management isn’t doing a good job. There is never anyone behind the counter , there should be one person behind the counter taking orders and asking about pickup orders and people in the back preparing wings.

I spend so much time waiting for my order I can clearly see behind the counter. I recommend self-serve options for pickup orders.

Everytime i come here the cashier has is unpleasant I ask for my wings to be well done and they tell me 20 to 25 min. only to bring them out in 5 minutes and they're not well done I have to always send them back. I will never patronize this place again and I'm gonna let all my family and friends know. I ordered 10 bone- in hot wings for 17 bucks and some change and they had the nerve to charge me for the blue cheese sauce. Every other establishment that I've ordered hot wings from threw in one blue cheese sauce with my purchase they won't get rich off of me. Never again.

The food at this location has been good every time that I’ve ordered. But the wait times in store are really bad, if you’re going to order make sure to order beforehand if you don’t want to wait 40 min for your food. The staff has never been rude towards me so I wouldn’t expect that.

Very hit or miss. I've been several times, and the understaffing is very apparent. You might have to wait several minutes just to speak to someone at the register. A positive point is the guy Victor who works there, he's always friendly and helpful. When it isn't busy, the food is good and order correct. When it's busy? Forget about any consistency. Store is way too small. Tonight was the kicker, I showed up at 9:30 on a random Tuesday, and they were so behind on orders, they wouldn't even take any new ones! It's open until 1am so this was just ridiculous. I'm only giving a 3 because my past experiences have been better. Tonight was a ZERO since they wouldn't even put my order in.

Person up front was very mean confront the guy 10.min after he was mean to my wife still full of attitude politely asking about managers first response was no no manager replying my question plus asking about his name all the sudden manager it's on the back he bring lady but tha problem was she don't speak English 😳 I'm furious trying to solve problem (I'm not speaking Spanish) thay talking to each other like I'm not there very disappointed of service and wing stop can do better I'm not done tomorrow I can talk to somebody who speak English wow day letter you can complain very professional NOT

Do not recommend! Ordered 20 wings at 9:11pm last night for pickup. Arrived at 9:30 (our pickup window was 9:27-9:32pm), we didn’t get our food until at least 9:45pm. The front worker was completely unhelpful and kept disappearing. I know there was a large order ahead of us but they clearly seemed unable to stay even remotely within their pickup window when it gets even slightly busy. The food was fine but not even hot. Would not return or recommend.
