The food at this location has been good every time that I’ve ordered. But the wait times in store are really bad, if you’re going to order make sure to order beforehand if you don’t want to wait 40 min for your food. The staff has never been rude towards me so I wouldn’t expect that.
Very hit or miss. I've been several times, and the understaffing is very apparent. You might have to wait several minutes just to speak to someone at the register. A positive point is the guy Victor who works there, he's always friendly and helpful. When it isn't busy, the food is good and order correct. When it's busy? Forget about any consistency. Store is way too small. Tonight was the kicker, I showed up at 9:30 on a random Tuesday, and they were so behind...
Excellent food and customer service all the time. I ordered and forgot to pick it up, I called two minutes before they close and they held the store open for me to come get my order. Very nice of them and they weren’t obligated to. Food was still fresh too.
