I’m very disappointed in the prices compared to what you’re getting. I ordered THEC on what I thought would be a Rye bagel - it was $10. No egg and no bagel. We also ordered a side of bacon - $7 for 5 pieces of bacon? That’s absurd. I’ll stick to my regular bagel place.

Best bagels in town. Hands down the best. But when you call to place an order, the person on the phone can’t speak English. When you pick your order up, the customer service is pretty bad, cut dry, and nasty With all that said probably worth it for the bagels they pump out

Food quality: okay. Customer service: zero stars. When I walked in, three employees were standing behind the register, chatting amongst themselves and completely ignoring me. They all saw me but made no effort to help. After a few minutes, one of them finally asked for my order. Not sure what the issue was, but I’m definitely not coming back.

We had bagels from another bagel shop earlier in the week, and were told to drive the extra 25mins and go to Alfa Bagels next time. Boy, was it worth it! Their Bagels are truly the Best in New Jersey!
Great service, friendly staff, good bagels, and rolls. Taylor ham , eggs and cheese on a crossaint are the best.l, is a vert very tasty combination.

1. Ordered one with scallion cream cheese, got regular (and a very very thin strip of cheese) 2. They gave me everything instead of plain

Horrible experience. They have one set of prices listed on the board and then they tried to charge us $3+ more than what was advertised. They stated “subject to change” though that was not listed anywhere on their boards. It was a total switch and bait situation. We canceled our order and walked out. They shouldn’t list prices if that is what they are going to do. Would not go there again.

Got uncooked bagel. Not sure why they are not getting cooked all the way. This shouldn’t happen at a place where bagels are so expensive. Check your bagels before you eat them.
