This location chose not to show customer appreciation by NOT participating in the free cone Spring celebration, so I will choose a different location to spend my $$$$
Never going here again. They don’t participate in the free kids cone day, which is okay, but real crummy. But the worst part is there was no notification of that until the window at the drive thru, after you wait online for 15 minutes.
This location has fallen off for several years now. The quality is why I originally stopped going to begin with. I thought I’d give them another try. The last couple times I’ve gone recently, things haven’t changed much. Dipped cone had a shell so thin that the ice cream started to seep through as soon as it was handed to me (skimpy). The blizzard I got wasn’t even mixed well and the consistency was off. I will try the kenvil location to see if the quality is better there.
Although they're vanilla, it's not as good as the old carvel vanilla, it is still good and the chocolate is just as creamy and good as anywhere. They offer a wide variety of products from hot dogs to huge sundays. Service is always good but may take some time if they have a long line and are very busy most likely in the summer. As someone else noted, they don't seem to honor some of the promotions or deals. The dairy queen central offers, but I really don't care about that. It's just a very good old fashioned treat. That's as good today as it was in the past.
8 bucks for a medium Blizzard is almost as cold as the ice cream is.
The last few years we have been watching prices skyrocket without an end in sight.
Unfortunately for me I’m fat so I’d pay a lot more for the Blizzard.

The past two times we have gotten ice cream at this location, the ice cream has a chemical taste. Over the summer I got a vanilla cone and felt like I was eating their cleaning products when I got to the cone. It happened again last night, my husband’s cones and sprinkles tasted like chemicals and the brownie pieces in my daughter’s blizzard had the same taste. I’m
Not sure if they aren’t cleaning carefully but I can’t get ice cream from here anymore since this has now been our experience twice there.

The ice cream really good, the costumer service very nice guys but if I was from sanitation I would closed down this place where are the gloves and the way that they clean their is wiping their pants, the lady was making my hotdog with bare hands while drinking her Wendy’s soda that’s not nice

This location refuses to honor offers within the dairy queen app. Why are they associated with dairy queen at all then?

When did ice cream get as expensive as a fast food meal. 2 blizzards are $16. Outrageous.
