They keep giving me MILK with no coffee when I order a latte. The place is absolutely disgusting and the people are very unkind.

About a year ago this Dunkin was fantastic and always gave me the correct order. Today this Dunkin location is absolutely horrible. Constantly giving me incorrect orders, giving black tea instead of black coffee, shorting me of hashbrowns always, last visit i noticed FLIES in my coffee, and prior to that when i finished my coffee i found an empty sugar packet at the bottom of my cup. (I don’t drink sugar FYI). They need to rehire and seriously clean this store up it’s a mess now!

I was in s as hurry when I placed a mobile order for a box of coffee and 50 munchkins. I arrived to find out that there were no munchkins. I had already paid, so they said they ‘could give me a dozen donuts for the same price.’

This place used to be decent but now it’s gone downhill. The service is very slow and the place is dirty. The tables were dirty and the floors were sticky on a Friday morning. People were cleaning the tables themselves. The staff speaks very little English. I’m not a fan of Dunkin so I don’t come often, but stay away from this one.

Whoever hired that guy that's working at this location on 11/24/24 at 6am this morning needs to learn how to hire people. The young guy working at this place is so lazy it's not even funny. How slow he moves and how he shows no sign of wanting to even work at this place is uncanny. I wont be returning to this location. You should never have someone who is that slow working the morning when people need to come in and out.

Went in this morning at 620am on a Sunday for a large coffee and 2 order's of hashbrowns. Nobody was inside but me and the 2 workers. The lady made my coffee very quickly but i unfortunately had to wait almost 10 minutes for 2 orders of hashbrowns. The guy you have working there is a sorry excuse of a worker. Bad attitude, lazy, unfriendly, unprofessional and incompetent. Hes going to cost you guys alot of business. Being a patron who lives in this town ill never step foot in your facility as long as this man is still working here.

Absolute dumpster fire in the morning. Went in at 7am and they had no organization. My “large” ice coffee was pure ice and my “egg scramble” was opened to find nothing but hash browns and bacon bits in a cup despite the bag being labeled correctly. Avoid this one

Coffee was cold, put the wrong milk, took long. Food wasn't even being prepared even though I ordered 15 minutes in advance. When they made the food and coffee, it was cold.

Everytime I order from here I use door dash one the coffee is old the creamer is old the donuts are all in one bag no separate so all the frosting is all over others in bag. I ordered twice today a bagel and the top of bagel was so hard I put it in microwave to make it soft that didn't work they must have been days old so I only ate the bottom both times every time I order something is wrong when I go there to order people are rude and they rush through drive thru there no other local that on door dash or I wouldn't use them and mostly order for my kids
This Dunkin’ has gone way downhill. I have been getting my coffee from Kris and Mac for YEARS, and it was always delicious and fresh coffee, the store was kept clean, and everyone was friendly. I have no idea what is going on with their ownership/management, but something needs to change. Kris is no longer there and the only time I can get a good cup of coffee is when Mac is in. In fact, I can count on the fact that I will be dumping out my coffees unless Mac makes it. The establishment is now absolutely disgusting and very unclean, and doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in forever. The coffee is old and disgusting, and it’s obvious their coffee pots haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The employees are inefficient, lazy, rude, and downright unsanitary. I will never again set foot in this DISGUSTING “Dunkin” (if they can even call themselves that anymore), and will be advising my friends and family to do the same. This Dunkin’s owner should be totally ashamed.

This employee is very ill-mannered and angry, does not make the desired product, threw the product in front of us and said that he could not make it himself, so we will no longer prefer my environment coming here, if the owner of the workplace sees this message, I expect a feedback.?♂️

This place used to be great. Not anymore. I just dumped the two coffees I got this morning. Not even drinkable. What happened to this one? If the coffee isn’t good at a Dunkin you got problems. Must be the management.
From Monday to Friday every morning this stop is mandatory
